Most professional fast food experience I've encountered in quite some time. I recommend a raise for the individual who was taking orders last night
Even through it bothers me to leave this review, I believe it is important to vent my concern. July 4, 2022 we visit this location via the drive thru. Even through we got great customer service and our order was correct, however, when we arrived home and got half through our meal (Whooper with Cheese) there was a long hair in the sandwich. Needless to say after getting sick from the experience. It's very disgusting and coercing that this happened, I know things happen but this isn't acceptable. Sorry, we won't be visiting this location anytime soon. I hope you will address this concerns to your employees and the importance of sanitation and food safety and handling.
Food was hot and fresh, lobby was clean and some of the nicest employees I've ever had at any fast food place.

That is the best Burger King in town. The food is always hot and everything is always fresh. I've been eating there for over 10 years and I've never ever had a bad experience. I live in Wyandotte county but when I eat at Burger King it's always on 75th and Metcalf. Great experience for me as I already expected . My wife and I plan to carry out until we saw how clean the place was and we decided to make a date of it.
Wish their prices weren't so high. Still make a good burger and love the fries

I come to this location maybe once a month, occasionally more often and am consistently impressed with how courteous and professional the staff is. Food is definitely fresher than a typical BK. I assume it's being managed well unless they just happen to hit the jackpot on staff. Regardless it's a model for a fast food franchise location.
I've been to a lot of burger kings, and this one is absolutely the best I've ever had. I've been here multiple times over the past 6 months, and every single time the employees are extremely polite and the foods is always correct and fresh. 10/10 keep it up.
