This is the first bad experience I had, of all the bdubs I been to. we waited for 30mins and no one attended our table. Despite of low staffing, i would expect a courtesy not ignorance
Wow! We want to be regulars here because of Christian! He was polite, gave great recommendations, he even brought the leftovers we forgot, outside!! He made our visit perfect. Thank you! Can’t wait to be back.
I got 30 boneless wings, and 20 traditional wings with sauce on the side. Except they didn’t give us ANY SAUCE on the wings. We called to see what we can do, and they offered us TEN dollars refund on our 50 wings, or else we have to drive back with our cold chicken to pick up sauce. Apparently they also don’t feel any regret for their errors, because the manager was loud and proud of his staff regardless of their poor performance. Here’s how the conversation went.Us-“So the only thing you can do is refund us ten dollars?”Manager-“Yup”Us-“and the only alternative is if I drive over with my cold chicken and pick up the sauces on my own? No new chicken?”Manager-“Yup”Avoid the joint at all costs.
I’m not sure what exactly happened here but it wasn’t what I expected based on the majority favorable reviews and my love for Buffalo Wild Wings.My wife and I arrived here in the afternoon on an Saturday during the slow hours. There was maybe three people at the bar and 3 other couples in the entire restaurant.We were seated quickly and our orders taken promptly but the server was a bit awkward and short with us (nerves?). Our wings arrived fairly quickly but without our requested celery and carrots. We had to grab our server and remind him halfway through the meal because he was so rarely by our table despite the empty restaurant.On to the food itself. The wings were almost room temperature, dry as can be, and with barely any sauce on any of them. It almost felt like we got leftovers from the hour before. The saving grace was that we were so hungry from fasting that the warm fries and signature taste of the little sauce on the wings made it so that we could at least finish the food.The server did not come by our table until I pushed all the empty plates to the side of the table and asked for a receipt. A few moments later, the receipt was just kinda just thrown on the table without a word from the server.Overall, very disappointed with our service and the quality of our food. Hopefully the next time we come in it will be a better experience.
Worse service ever on April 9th 2022, went to have dinner here with my family. Waited over 30 mins for drink order to be taking, another 15 mins for food order. Once the order was taking potato wedges where over cooked, son fries had been refried in the grease. Another son hamburger was supposed to be no cheese brought it out with it, waited another 15 mins till they remade it but still wrong. Nothing but grease in the patty…service is horrible the manager doesn’t do anything. I wouldn’t visit this location if it was the only one in Kansas. Corbin park very bad location..
Great service today and the food was near perfect!
We had dinner at this location last night for my son's birthday. I bit into my wings & they were rotten meat. I told the manager who replaced them but serving rotten food to your customers tells me your kitchen isn't well run & is a health & safety concern. We won't be back.
Always a decent experience. With the current labor shortage, it’s best to sit at one of the bar seats or bar area tables for better service. Food and beer tastes good as before. Bar is open till around 11, 11:30pm these days. But again depends on how busy they are or how much staff they have.
Waitress was very friendly and professional. Staff was all in a good mood and friendly. We got there at 920 pm on a sunday and got seated quickly and food quickly. Will be returning
Tried to order wings for the game. Items unavailable: Spicy Garlic, Asian Zing, Traditional buffalo, Ranch, Blue Cheese, and Celery.What exactly do you have??Called and they had some of what i wanted to order online, so i revised my review.
