An experience so bad I felt the need to leave my first-ever Google Review!I've gotten pick-up from BWW almost every Thursday for BOGO Boneless for the past year, and normally it all goes great. I normally go to the B-Dubs on 119th St., and I love the service there. Yesterday, however, I went to the one on 105th and don't plan on ever going back.I ordered 10 Medium Boneless wings, but when I got home and opened my box I saw I was given FOUR. They don't even have a 4-piece meal, so I don't know how that happened. Besides getting less than half of what I ordered, the wings were some of the worst I've ever seen. The sauce tasted fine, but it was just barely tossed on and each wing was barely covered.I don't love ragging on staff, especially when they're just kids, but when I went in to pick up my wings the service was also very bad. The backroom was packed with 10+ teenagers messing around and very obviously trying to avoid work, and I had three stare at me until one finally asked "what do you want?" They then took a strangely long time to give me my wings while they all talked and laughed. A couple of them even had AirPods in. I'm sure they're normally better when they have adults around, but I didn't see any and the service I got was pretty terrible, even if it's not the biggest problem in the world.Overall, I'll probably still eat at other BWWs on Thursdays for the BOGO deal, but never at this location, even though it's very close to me. Extremely disappointed.
They were busy, understaffed probably, but we were just trying to catch a game on tv. Thankfully one of the servers sent us over to fox n hound across the street and it worked out. For that I give you 5 stars!!! We loved it there.

We were set promptly if you walked in the hostess was very nice. And sat down got menus from the hostess looked over the menu and we engulfed ourselves in conversation. Only after about 10 minutes we realized that we weren't even greeted by our waiter or waitress. We begin to look around at other tables there was one other table set after us. The waitress read it that table offered them drinks and appetizers. Still we did not get any type of intro to who would be serving us that day. Here it is about 15 minutes that we've been sitting without anyone talking to us or asking us if we wanted anything to drink and we decided that maybe it was time for us to just leave. Then the waiter walks over and asked if we have been helped we stated no and that we were actually about to leave because we've been sitting there for a bit of time. Instead of acknowledging the weight that we were sitting the waiter simply and nonchalantly said why are you leaving or not. This made me not want to stay even if he was standing there waiting for our order. He didn't seem to care that we were sitting there nor care that they were losing the table. We both are pretty big tippers and we don't like to cause confrontation or problems but they lost out on pretty good business and for my friend a loyal customer. Will not be returning and will not be recommending this particular location to any of my friends who want a wing or a drink. It's really sad that in your job the one that you decided to take you don't care about it. That reflects the opinion of patrons on the company and this particular location. we didn't even get food so I can't comment on that but the service that we got or the lack of it was very irritating, frustrating and just not right.
We had a great time here and our server named CJ was very kind, conscientious and nice to us, we really enjoyed this and hope you will come too! Brisket burger was great. We did not like Blue Buffalo burger- it was gamy
Actually went in. The sign says seat yourself at an open table, which we did. We sat there at least 15 min and no one ever addressed us. They were waiting on other tables, taking orders and bringing out food. Some of these people were seated after us. Not one of these folks ever even addressed us. They walked right by our table numerous times. We just got up and left.
Worst experience imaginable. Aside from our server being incredibly kind...it was terrible. Waited 20 minutes to get my tequila sunrise. It came to me being plain orange juice and tequila so I sent it back and asked for the actual ingredients. I recieved a glass of grenadine and maybe half a shot of tequila. Waited another 30 minutes for our food and finally asked for it to just be boxed up and sure enough our food was cold. After 50 minutes I received cold food. Once we sat down to eat I took a hearty bite of my tacos and there was a blond hair in my food. I've called 4 times and no answer. I called at 9:20 pm on March 23rd.
As a credible local guide, very disappointed in my latest experience here. Walked in on a Saturday night at 730 and was told it would be over an hour wait, and over half the tables were marked “closed”. They must be severely understaffed, which is unfortunate, but not a good look for the establishment.
I've been here several times over the past several months and today was my last. Each time I've visited it's taken significantly longer to get seated, today took about ten minutes and they had 5 seated tables. We were seen by several employees and the manager, all of which couldn't even be bothered to say hello, it seems they were more interested in watching the argument take place in the kitchen which could be heard up front. After being seated we were told the service would be slow as the bartender was the only one taking orders, even though there were 4 other employees and a manager walking about the store, not tending to other customers, taking orders, delivering orders, or taking payment. I've watched this location over the years go from good to bad, to worse.Please do yourself a favor, do not waste your time here, do not allow them the excuse of covid hindrances, they had more than enough employees for their 5 tables.
Do not even bother! If you are a fan of BWW don’t walk in this place because you won’t ever want to go to another one again! All chairs were up on tables like they were closed, people forced to eat at tall tops in the bar (which is hard for children), and there were only 3 to choose from without chairs on them, when another customer tried to seat themselves they were yelled at to not do that as they only had 3 tables available and they were forced to sit at the bar area, the only bartender/ waiter was disgusting and his customer service was -10 out of 10. We had to get our own napkins when our food came, the only reason we left a tip was so we didn’t have to wait for change! Just don’t go there. I never leave reviews but this was just awful!
