The staff is always friendly! They have a huge assortment of almost any ice cream combination that you could imagine or combine. The prices are reasonable. They also sell some of their notorious flavors in small tubs to take home to the whole family or one for just yourself ?. The establishment is always neat and clean. We like their late hours when other ice cream shops have closed. THANKS Baskin-Robbins!!!
It was absolutely disgusting I asked for sherbert and they gave me mango, disappointing.

The evening staff are incredibly friendly and helpful but the quality of the product has been declining not just at this store, all of them in the area. Milkshakes used to be made really thick and delicious. Recently their shakes are more similar to a chocolate milk. Hopefully they find a way to return to the old recipes.

Terrible customer service and i saw an owner making cakes without gloves and itching his body parts with same hands. I walked away when i heard about expired ice cream tubs on use. EXPIRED PRODUCTS ON SALE
The freezers either don't work well or they never keep them cold enough, because they hand you your ice cream and it's already melty. You can even see the shine on the ice cream while it's still in the tubs, which says its melted before they even scoop it out for you. By the time you get settled to have it, you'll have a puddle of melted ice cream in your cup. This happens every single time too, and we've been going there for more than 3 years. We hoped that they would change, even after letting them know multiple times. They didn't. Hence this 1 star review. Needless to say, we finally stopped going there regularly.
Delicious consistency! A single scoop of Chocolate Fudge ice cream in a waffle cone has always been perfection.
Very good service. The person at the counter handles single handedly a large crowd. We saw around 30 people getting served within a matter of 15 mins that too at 9:30 in the night. Everyone was appreciating the guy at the counter. One of the few ice cream stores that is open till 11PM.
