Been there twice now. Each time they were extremely unfriendly and awkward about the entire experience. The price was also a lot for what I got both times (which I ordered the same thing). Not to mention they didn’t wear gloves either time while scooping..
Major attitude problems. Older lady was super rude after we said we didn’t order two ice creams, insisted we did and still tried to make us pay. Shorted us on ice cream, scoops were way small compared to the price. Don’t recommend.
WORST WORST WORST ... Terrible customer service and i saw an owner reuse cups rinsing them after closing from garbage cans. I would check with city and health dept. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE if you want to be in hospital .

Bubblegum flavor in an ice cream cone cup. Flavor is terrible not bubblegum at all. That is not Baskin Robbins ice I promise you. Help could speak very good English. Overpriced for sure. Will never be back and Baskin Robbins should do some kinda quality control.
2 super small scoops of ice cream in a cup for $5.50! Last time. Scoops keep getting smaller and prices getting bigger.
My daughter ordered a banana split & found 3 hairs in it. Called the store to let them know that we found hair in her banana split. The person on the phone asked us to bring it back (did not have a problem with that) he was trying to insinuate that we put the hair in it. I took the banana split back & let the manager know that we found 3 hairs in the banana split. She told me that it did not come from them. She also tried to blame my daughter or that someones hair fell into it outside of the store. No one was wearing a hair net. The Manager had no customer service skills. She offered us another banana split or a refund. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION
