We were very excited to try this place based on the prices and stock photos on online menu. Not Reality! We ordered to go and quickly found a missing order of beignets, a Supreme Omelette order with an average omelette and over fried, inedible tater tots substituted for “fresh cut country potatoes” plus missing bread, and last order of Bourbon Street pancakes that was a pitiful likeness to the stock photo (quality rivals McDonalds). Absolutely my worst breakfast by far. There is always a reason behind a restaurant that won’t allow you to call directly. They force you to order online, text people for reservations and tells you they are experiencing technical difficulties to push you to the website. They don’t want to hear from their customers.

Absolutely the best place!!! Food is great and hospitality is awesome!!! The owner and employees are amazing!!!?

Visited extended family over the weekend and right before our flight stopped by for a quick brunch on Sunday. The food was amazing, the waiter understood both time and dietary constraints, and took 100% care of us. Amazing service, attitude of staff, and even better quality food. Best best best food that we have had in few. The vibes were perfect, ambience was great, and food was the best, topping with a personal level service. I wanted to click more pics, but the food I guess was appealing, and time was running out as well.

We were a party of four. Everyone loved their food. Drinks were small. (Coffee and Orange juice) The food portions were small as well. I would go back once in a while for a date. I think for the porting it's a little expensive.

Horrible experience. Rude owner, very narcissistic, makes u feel like they don’t want you there

There were 3 of us in our party and tried 3 different dishes. All the food was very good! Fruit was tasty and fresh. Items were hot and seemed to be treated with love. Definitely a redo for us. Server was amazing but we forgot his name…sorry.

What a great experience at Broken Egg with my son. The staff was amazing! Maddy was wonderful and engaged my son; which, made his morning special. Sara was in training and a natural with providing excellent customer service. The coffee was hot and the food was full of flavor. We will be back!

Worst experience of my life at this place! I drove an hour with my husband and mother to meet my siblings, one who drove 2 1/2 hours, for breakfast. We got there at 8:15 and it was not busy. I ask for a table for 7 and was informed that they do not seat over 6 on Saturdays. I said we would split up. She said we could squeeze in on a booth table for six and she, the owner, seated us. Then this woman would not leave us alone. We were trying to have a conversation with a man at the table next to us and the owner kept coming over harassing us about having 7 people. She changed her mind that we could squeeze in and suggested we leave. My siblings hadn't even gotten there yet. I told her I would wait for my brother. She told my husband to stop talking to her customers. The man looked at her like she was crazy and said its ok were having a conversation they are not bothering me but she kept insisting that we were causing problems. The man got his food to go and left because the owner would not go away. She just stood their at our table talking about how about how the staff can't handle 7 people at one time and our experience would not be what she wanted etc etc.. Finally my siblings arrived and my brother-in-law decided he would not eat so this lady would get off our backs about having 7 people. So we complied to her limit of 6 but she STILL was not satisfied. She continued to stand at our table and harass us continually bragging that she was the owner and she wanted us to leave. So we got up to leave and she literally had her hands on my husbands back pushing him! He had had leg surgery a week ago and was using a cane so he was going slow but only because of the surgery. When I saw her pushing him!. I told her to get her hands off of him and she, the owner, starts repeating over and over in my husband ear get out get out get out while he is trying to get out got this place. And then one of her servers starts the chatting too! I noticed in the other reviews the owner likes to blame stuff an her staff when you have a bad experience at this restaurant , This had NOTHING to do with the staff. The owner is the problem at this place. If I had a dollar for every time she told me she was the owner that morning I could have bought everyones breakfast at Ginger Sues. I'll never go back to this place and will make sure I tell everyone I can to avoid this KAREN experience. Also she brags about this being a woman owed business but if you look up Eleven-eleven enterprise inc, which she says she is Pres. and CEO of, it is registered as a MALE owned business. They got a coronavirus relief loan for this restaurant that is MALE owned.
