Service was quick even though they were busy. I had a choc-vanilla cone and it was tasty.
Just had to stop in and get a waffle cone even though I knew my custard would wilt in the heat (it did). The waffle cone was freshly made and smelled delicious. Oh, and the vanilla and chocolate custard inside were pretty great too. Definitely recommend giving Andy's a try.
Don't let the crowd fool you. They get your delicious "cresm" to you...fast! Outside assistants very helpful. Love sum' Butterscotch!!

I usually love Andy’s but this location is struggling to keep up with standards of service. Poorly managed.
I am lactose intolerant and I cannot partake in this exceptional custard. However my wife and kids just love this place. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience when taking the kids for a treat!
It was insanely busy and there was only one person taking orders at the register. Still great ice cream though.

Today, our homeschool program held a fundraiser here after school. There were only two workers, Nathan, and another young lady in the back. There were over 100 people in line. These two served everyone with a smile. They were friendly and got orders out as quickly as possible. I know they were probably feeling overwhelmed, but they did not show it. I’m sure they were exhausted once their shift was over! I hope the owner sees this, because those two definitely deserve a raise!
