Good Smoothies but don't order online. Staff admits to leaving smoothies out for 2-3 hours before pickup and wont give refunds. The only solution they offer is to go there and they will make you a new smoothie once you get there.Smoothies are made on online order and are picked up when DoorDash feels like it. Even when drivers admit to mistakes (forgetting part of your order) they wont remake it unless you drive in.Edit 2 > 3 starsAfter 2 weeks I did get a refund on the purchase from processing a claim on their site. The entire ordeal is ridiculous though and they should have policies in place to rectify the issue without getting attention on social media. I would have been satisfied if the driver had the order remade befroe delivering a 2 hour old smoothie. Or If upon driving into the store to have it remade for me they had refunded my delivery fee instead of the Manager refusing to talk to me and having to negotiate with a high school student that isn't qualified nor paid to deal with cooperate issues. Also this is an issue with Tropical smoothie, As I placed the order directly through their website which outsources the work to DoorDash.
Disappointing. Smoothie was not blended well. Chunks of ice and blueberries made it hard to drink. Usually tropical smoothie is great tho!
Food was delicious. Will say very busy during lunch not great if you are in a rush. But staff was very helpful and pleasant even with the crowd
