You know it’s good as soon as you walk in and smell that rich smoky aroma that slaps you in the face! It’s authentic BBQ here. The bowls are great. I had sausage and chicken bowl with red and green peppers, potatoes and fried potatoes strings. The sweet tea is goood also!
So this use to be my favorite place. Still great bbq. But some of the server's got attitude's. good food just need a touch up on the friendlier side
Walked in excited. Smelled original had a good vibe. Ordered the Brisket and Brisket Burnt Ends. Brisket was cut sandwich thin(like Arbys). I would have preferred an even pencil thickness cut, even if it was just one slice. Burnt ends needed more love. There sauce is fantastic.
The Rub catered our wedding at Weston Red Barn Farm and really blew us away! They were so pleasant to work with, quick to respond and definitely had all the ropes down the day of the wedding. All of our guests raved about the food, and they even helped clean up and checked in on guests throughout dinner. Wonderful experience all around!
I went for lunch right when they opened at 11am. I got the burnt end burrito, with fries, and an iced tea. The burrito was huge, and other than one burnt end that had more fat than I like, it was great. They gave me a mountain of fries, which I didn't finish.Service was fast and friendly. Overall a great experience. I will definitely go back.
The sausage tasted good, but was dry.The burnt ends weren't that well seasoned and were also dry.The pulled pork was good, except half of it was a giant glob of fat (pictured) that was almost the size of their side cup.They do have really good coleslaw! But that is not enough of s redeeming factor to come back.
This place was booked by our team manager for a lunch for our girls during a soccer tournament in Olathe. They forgot about our party which means we weren’t able to use their private room also their workers were in a frenzy to see serve 30 of us at once, they undercooked my daughters chicken nuggets to the point she spent the night before her final games in a tremendous pain because of food poisoning. Not only did they ruin our last evening here she isn’t going to be able to compete now. This place should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. My daughter spent all evening throwing up everything in her stomach to the point of waking up so dehydrated now she’s having joint pain. The food wasn’t anything special in terms of taste either what a complete waste of a restaurant. Consumer beware! Esp people with kids.
Are you kidding me? One of the best Bar-B-Q places in Kansas City area. Beautiful tasty ribs, saucy cheesy corn, amazing onion strings. Fabulous Friday special. Don't miss this place.
Family dinner, very good. The sweet sauce is great. Fries and slaw - top notch! Burnt ends and pulled pork were quite tasty!
Not as good as it use to be. So ? sad. Ribs were larger. Now they are half the size, overly seasoned and the same price...... I no longer go as often. Ppl are very nice though
