We had amazing service from a gal named Pamela G (think she went by Pam). She was outstanding. She was attentive to not only all of her tables, but to new folks walking in too. The food is AMAZING. When we choose to eat out, we typically chose Big Biscuit because we know it’s always goi n to be good. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!
Greater/Seater was very cold. Asked for no ice in water, received ice. asked for hash brown lightly cooked received them almost burnt. Waiter never returned to refill drinks or coffee. Food was mediocre Service was bad Wish I would have read the other reviews before coming here. Now I know first hand. Apparently the service issues have been going on at this location for a while. If you are thinking of going here just don't.
I recommend this place for breakfast. This place Cooks some of the best breakfast, I've ever had. Everybody's food turned out fantastic all brought out around the same time. Large portion of food. Our breakfast just looks absolutely delicious no matter what you order.They have a patio and indoor seating. Call and see if they take reservations for a large groups.Very nice atmosphere fantastic wait staff, all of our orders came out correct.
Great place for a big party. Servers were very attentive and the food was hot and fresh. The French fries are nice and crisp. They also offer breakfast potatoes as an option. The pancakes fill up the plate; a big plate. The amount of food for the price is right on point. Very relaxed atmosphere inside which was perfect for our casual attire. Breakfast and lunch are served all the time.
Service is good, food is great. Their portions are huge! I had an omelette which came with potatoes and a biscuit the size of a softball. My 4 year old said he “can’t get enough of these eggs” which sounds like a 5/5 review to me!
Went here for a birthday dinner for my wife who loves breakfast. The food was good but the service was awful. We had to ask for refills which we didn't get and the staff left all the dirty dishes on our table until we left. The Manager checked in with is and I gave him this feedback. He didn't seem to mind much. I think in these times they will take any warm body as wait staff and it shows they were not well trained. Hopefully this will improve.
One of our favorite places to eat. My suggestion is to get in line through Yelp, it'll cut down on the wait time.The portions is amazing. I get cinnamon roll pancakes every single time we go. The New Orleans oatmeal is delicious. The wait staff is amazing and cheerful. Big biscuit is so clean even if they are busy.
Not up to their regular standards. My over medium eggs came out over easy at best and their idea of crispy bacon definitely doesn't meet mine. Wife's plate had an eyelash or some kind of hair on it but was replaced quickly. We'll be back as this is not their norm. Service was good.
Lean and green breakfast with a hearty sausage egg and pancake breakfast. Friendly staff!
