Called twice to refund/cancel an order. Both times I was told they can’t do anything even though the app AND your website tells you to call the store for a refund, First Lady even told me she has to callThe owner which I have not heard back yet either. don’t expect your money back.Still waiting on my refund.
Very busy in drive thru. I went inside. The taco burger bun could have been confused for a hockey puck. Usually ok food but not tonight.
Customer service was great! But the food was not. I got the boss burrito with chicken it was hard finding any chicken in the burrito.

Food is so bad. Won't be returning. No one was in there the entire time we were. Way over priced. Small portions. Flavors were just gross... Tator tots made at home are so much better.
The employees are always so kind and helpful. Great with suggesting new things to try and great at taking care of things if something wasn't right. Love them
Wouldn't honor a franchise coupon. Place has always been sketchy with high school kids screwing around. Obviously ownership does not care anymore.
Clean, food was fair, a bit expensive. But not bad for fast food.
Edit: place is still great and I would say with prices going up they have stayed pretty consistent.This location is better than some others I would compare it to (Lawrence) the food is always consistent and of decent quality for a Tex Mex restaurant. Personally I think the prices are just a tad High but so is all other fast food anymore.
