My food is always fast and fresh AF here. Added bonus is Nathan.... The nicest guy every time I come through. He deserves a raise!
There are 18 tables in here, none had been wiped clean, asked for a rag or for the gal (Elizabeth)to clean tables. She ran a wet cloth over the top of the one we were to sit at, not even getting everything. Left all the rest as they were. I guess fortunately we were the only ones in there. Won't be dinning in again any time soon.

You guys need to update your store hours. On Google, it says you open at 8AM, but every time I've tried to come through at 8AM for the last three weeks, the doors are locked and nobody answers in the drive thru. Very annoying.
My order was correct and even though I came at a peak time, the wait was only about 5 minutes to get to the window and 8 to get my food. It may have helped that I came on a Saturday when they were most likely more staffed. The food was very good, always is.
This location has the best staff. I visit the drive thru at least once a week. James and his female associate are always friendly, fast and accurate. Its my go to when im short on time at work.
This taco bell location needs new management. I've been to this location multiple times and normally hold my tongue but today was just horrible customer service. The girl taking orders got into an argument with me about a bean and cheese burrito. I tried to let it go and said hello how are you when I got to the window. There was no response in any way and just told me my total and held out her hand. After waiting approximately 8 minutes for our food, I say thank you and again she says nothing. Horrible customer service and from now on if we want taco bell I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else.
The guy at the window showed no attention to me like at all. Once he took my order held on to my card for like 5, 6 minutes which shouldn't be what happened. He was just on his phone like the whole time. Wish they trained their employees a lot better about customer service.
They had messed up my order once, and I couldn’t get ahold of them to talk about what we could do to fix it. I ended up talking to a manager from a different store that owns that location as well. And they talked with the manager at this location, kira. She had apologized, and i was told if i had my receipt i could go back and get my order again free. I repeated what i had wanted to them multiple times, and when i told them what was wrong so it wouldn’t happen again i was rudely told they don’t need to know what was wrong. I then proceeded, got my order, and went home. Mind you the inside was closed and they were only open through the drive thru otherwise i would have went inside. When i got home though, they had still gave me the same burrito as last time versus what i had ordered.
