Food is always made fresh and fast with good portions and look like what the menu actually shows, friendly staff, top quality service.
We go through the drive-through at this location frequently, but had not been inside in a few years. The entire dine-in experience was so amazing! The updated interior looks so good and has such a comfortable feel.We were greeted by Keagan who took our order. He was friendly, engaging and was far more personable than you would expect at a fast food restaurant.We spent some time talking to Aaron. We wanted him to know that our daughter works nearby in food service and after a long day of often unhappy customers, she regularly drops in to Taco Bell to grab something before heading home. Aaron is always cheerful and kind and she has frequently commented to us that he totally turned things around for her after a hard day.We interacted with one other employee during our visit, Alexander. He was also extremely warm and friendly.On top of all of this, the food was delivered super fast and was not skimpy. It was hot and delicious and the entire order (with special requests) was just as ordered.This Taco Bell defies the fast food experience stereotype. Frankly it beats the experience we've had at any other Taco Bell - and do so consistently. I hope the management, the owners, and even Taco Bell corporate recognizes what a valuable team they have at the Olathe Taco Bell!
This is the most consistent Taco Bell I have ever been to. Store is always clean inside and out. Employees are friendly, helpful and patient. I can go the the one 6 minutes from my house, but I always choose to drive 17 minutes to go to this one.
The worst tacobell that I have ever visited. They gave me beef burrito when I ordered bean burrito.I have never consumed meat in my life so far and this location had made me chew beef. I don't know how to express my pain. They ended up giving me the new burrito, but the damage have already been made. Lesson learnt, never trust their food, check your order before you eat the food you have ordered from this location.
Food reasonably priced, suitably tasty, drive-thru quick, employees friendly!
So glad the Mexican pizza is back... It taste the same so worth ordering it online to be able to access early
Standard Mexican American fare that never disappoints the wallet. Plus Mountain Dew flavor off the fountain is phenomenal every time.
Mostly good, but they forget part my order about 10% of the time. Food not great, but it's fast food.
VERY slow service. Yes, it was noon but it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make a taco. While I was waiting I noticed the ceiling was filthy. And the manager went directly from preparing food to handling cash to preparing food to touching all kinds of other things and back to preparing food. It doesn’t matter if you’re wearing gloves if you touch dirty things with the gloves then touch my food. Gross. Also, my taco shell was stale. Ugh.
I have been coming to this location for about 20 years now. Over the past seven years, they have never failed to give me the best quality of Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many locations but this one is by far the best. I have never had a bad experience with my food or the employees. I read some reviews and saw some people complain about the low quality service here, but you cannot be expecting a five star restaurant type of attitude from these guys. It’s Taco Bell. I want to give a big shout out to Aaron, an employee at this location, who always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Exceptional service. 5+ stars.
