My husband asked me if I was hungry, I told him... "I was starving" he got so Flippin excited that I said I was and told me he had to take me here. We pull up to order and someone calls my phone so I'm instantly distracted ? he orders without me. So in a rush I had said I wanted the number 14. Lmfao not even knowing what I was ordering ? when we got the food I had thought It was going to be a pork tenderloin. Hell turns out the tenderloin was the bun, I between them was pulled pork, bacon, fried onions, thier special brand of BBQ sauce and pickles! HOLLYFUCKINGSHIT Even BETTER! THE BEST SURPRISE. This is now my all time favorite place to eat.
As far as fast food goes, this place delivers! Did the family meal for $40 and it was way too much food for our family of 4 - in a good way, mostly! The fried onions were a little too greasy but they were delicious. I love that they make things from scratch there in the restaurant! Chicken strips were great and the donuts are a nice. I’ve never had a bad experience at Strips and I’ve been ~5 times now. Online ordering was super easy and ready when we arrived.
My girlfriend is gluten free and I hate everything she eats. But the gluten free nuggets here are better than regular nuggets anywhere else. This place is for real.Non-gluten free stuff:the pork tenderloin is very good and a huge portion. And I just tried the hot honey chicken sandwich today and it's incredible ?also as far as gimmicks go, a free tiny donut with your meal is about as good as it gets
It is a nasty place to eat. Would notRecommend to anybody. Cold rubberyChicken. Strips. Way overpriced. FoundWhat looked like a dirt clod in French fries. Todd the owner is a joke!! Don'tEver eat there. I will tell everyone I know
The service was a tad slow, but it was worth it. The pork tenderloin sandwich was what I got cause I got curious about this place and it was piping hot and very crispy. Very good value for the food I got. I also got a donut on the side which was crispy and sweet. Might come again for other items.
I don’t live nearby and was in the area and wanted to try Strips. An older guy with a beard and baseball hat was working the drive through window and must have been very upset about it. He had the most flippant attitude, asked what kind of sauce I wanted and I asked what it was for (my first time there, he rolled his eyes didn’t say anything and shoved the bag of food to me - no thank you or anything. I definitely won’t be going there again to support his stick up the butt attitude. This happened Wed, 3/9 around 8:00 pm.
Really nice place, just about everything on the menu is delicious. The sauces are amazing especially the secret sauce or barbecue with strawberry sauce. I visit often and usually get the fried chicken strips. Although 2 or 3 times now that I have ordered strips from them, some of the strips were not cooked all the way and I got sick. Unfortunately I just double check my chicken now before going home. Tried to ask once if they could fry my strips a little longer but said they're not allowed to do so. Other than that, that is the only con. Customer service is always great ??
I've only been here I think 3 times, but it was consistently a smash. We shared, so I've had it all. Except fried pickles. I hate pickles so much.✨No critiques.✨I know a gluten-allergic person, and seeing them happy with some breaded/fried chicken when they get carryout Strips makes me feel good.?
I love this place, they have a unique and delicious take on the traditional chicken strip with a lot of interesting and awesome sauces to pair them with. Do not sleep on the Stawberry Barbeque sauce! It sounds weird but it's freaking amazing! Also they do a lot for the community and seem to be stand up people, so don't Gove your cash to some corporate monster, give it to someone that cares.
I got their grilled strips. I've never felt so ripped off in my life. $14 for 7 painfully small strips. And they weren't that great tasting either---pretty dried out and not seasoned well. The 2 stars is only for the sauce, which we pretty good.
