The restaurant is dirty and the food was undercooked. I could see old food under the grill from our booth. Trash outside the front door and the greasy window should have been the first clue. The straws are too small for the shakes so you have to use a spoon and drip ice cream with every bite. The burger had a funny taste like cleaning fluid and honestly made me sick. I just saw another review about how the restaurant needs a deep clean and am surprised the manager hasn't done something about this. It's too bad because it used to be one of the better spots for a steak burger. We won't be back.
Try the garlic burger.. amazing... Ask for onions if you like otherwise just burger cheese garlic but yummy nonetheless
A bit run-down, and food had to be sent back several times due to wrong orders. Food was still good, but chicken strips are no longer on the menu.
I've done 2 online orders from them and they have been prefect! Staff is very friendly and nice. Food is always fresh and hot! Totally going to order from again!
Food was fine. Ordered on the app. It said go inside to pickup, and it would be ready in 12-17 minutes. I give them an extra 5 minutes, and show up 22 minutes after placing the order, just incase they're busy.Go to the counter, and find out they hadn't even started it yet. Mind you, there was only one table occupied in the entire place.Lesson learned...use the drive thru. I watched at least 6 cars pass through as I waited inside.There were 4 employees working, so they had enough staff to handle the load. My guess is they just weren't paying attention to the online orders.Food was hot and correctly made, and they were apologetic.
This shop needs a deep cleaning. We were immediately greeted by a very kind young lady and placed our order quickly. She even convinced me to order milkshakes for my kids in a kind way. Unfortunately, that is pretty much the highlight. Our meal took 30 minutes to get to us and by the time it did, all of the fries were room temperature. My kids enjoyed their milkshakes and the burgers were okay. I ordered a cup of chili and it was mostly beans and liquids and kind of boring. If this restaurant wants to improve, I highly suggest a deep cleaning. Bathrooms, seating, tables, floors, and kitchen were grimy. The manager was very kind, too.
Have gone during lunch breaks..sometimes it's busy and it takes a bit longer to get..that being said customer service has always been amazing, food has always tasted delicious and fresh, never has my order ever been wrong and AMAZING chili as always.
Not thrilled with the mobile order process. Still had to call to let them know I was there even though the app has a location feature that lets them know how close I am, plus the number was always busy. Still had to wait approx 10 minutes for my food. Both burgers were put together very sloppily, fries and onion rings were over done and shakes were not thoroughly mixed.
Bruh I just want my food. Can you please fix your phone? It’s been weeks now, I still need my money back and I still need my 3 SHAKES I WANTED SO BADLY. ???
Ordered fries and a double burger; and it wasn't good. The fries for one were cold and tasted like pure grease, the burger had no flavor at all; the only thing I could taste is the condiments. I think I'm going to Culver burger place next time.
