Advertised they were open until 10:30pm on Friday, employees were present at 9:50 pm, but turned off ordering speaker and ignored the line of customers in the drive-thru. Disappointed, won’t return.
Not only did the drive through move quickBut I am very particular with my drink unfortunately was made a little wrong but danni got me hooked up not only was she a sweetheart but she remade the whole drink and gave me the extra instead of throwing it awayAmazing attitude , Very much a people person beyond made my day and my Starbucks experience she deserves a promotion thank you danni
It was okay. The service was a little slow even though it wasn't very busy. Just ordered 2 simple drinks. However. We were bothered by a customer that was there that obviously had some kind of disability. We were nice but she wouldn't leave us a long for the 30 minutes we were there. We were hoping staff would have helped us out
People are friendly, the store is clean, service is fast, drinks are good, but the drive thru and parking lot situation is AWFUL. If it's busy (and it usually is) it's impossible to get parked, and then later get out. Additionally, if someone is parked and trying to get out, the drive thru line cuts through the middle of the parking lot so you have to navigate with Austin Powers precision to make it work out.
The staff is amazing. The waits are still long during peak times, but the friendliness if the staff make it worth it.
Quick and when I forgot to ask for sweet cream in my drink they were very nice and just gave me a cup full of it.
Coffee was amazing the crew is doing an amazing job! So many cars go through this drive-through it’s almost mind-boggling!
Went to this location after multiple other Starbucks didn't have what my pregnant wife wanted/closed early. Amazing staff, unfortunately I forgot their names, because I was in a rush to get the drink back to my wife. My wife was thrilled with the drink - she used to work at Starbucks, and they made the drink exactly how she likes it.Whoever was closing on Thursday Nov. 4, thank you so much!! Y'all were fantastic! Absolutely lovely on the phone. I'm sure they didn't like the fact I showed up 10 minutes before close, but they didn't show an iota of displeasure. They provided amazing service with a smile, and I cannot thank them enough!!
My drink was fantastic. However, I think this place makes my dogs even more happy!
