Drive-thru was relatively quick and the staff was very friendly! Good Starbucks location! Please like this review if you find it useful!
Place is usually great but my only complaint is a lot of times the line can go all the way to the street and you’re waiting 15mins+ to order. Not sure if there’s anything that can be done for this.

Usually the Starbucks I always go to. They’re always fast and nice! Today one of the girls gave me a free drink. It made my day!!!!! Thank you girl!! ? ?
Guy in a little beret takes my order nice enough but then decides to go chat with another employee instead of turning around and filling the black cup of coffee I ordered. So I wait five minutes for someone else to pour the cup of already made coffee while he chats it up with another employee (looked like a manager). Guessing the other employees find him annoying as well. Now I understand why this location always has a ridiculous long line. He’s probably convinced himself it isn’t his job to fill the order, just to take it. Sign of the times with finding good labor right now.

It was walking distance away from our home so we decided to give it a shot. Food was ready and order was dead on. Staff were busy with their own conversations so no one really acknowledged or welcomed you as a guest...or at the pickup counter as it was an online order. Overall, we'll go back.
The customer service was excellent. I believe that the person at the windows name was Adriàn, and he was so nice! Thank you!!
The staff was friendly and personable. They were efficient with mobile orders, people just came in and swooped up their pre-ordered drinks. They were slammed when I left but the employees seemed to be handling the rush well.
Nearly 2 years of being out of products for certain drinks. Then the drink I order today I don't think was right but I'd already left so couldn't get corrected. Disappointing doesn't even compare to what I'm really thinking right now.
