Very nice and clean . The seating was nice has a good bit of room not on top of people service was very good.
Good service and they are pretty consistent in quality (we sometimes have problems with drinks tasting different at other Starbucks) but their drive-thru situation is odd. It doesn't really have anywhere for the line to go and can move slow.
Got an email yesterday about Meatless Monday. Went there today with a friend for the sole purpose of using it. No where on the app did it say I needed to pre-order from the app, only says ask your barista about how to use the coupon. How can you pre-order if you need to tell the barista you are using it first. I also used the app to pay. They refused to honor it and refused to take any portion or item off of my total.
The ladies behind the counter were very nice and quick with the service.
Starbucks drinks are amazing! Don’t know what to get? Ask the barista for suggestions! They are always willing to help tweak your drink, so if you don’t love it, speak up! They’ll make it again!

The score is for the staff.. Staff is friendly and they remember you. They stay positive, no matter how busy and short staffed. If I could score corporate separately, I would take a few stars off.. The stores in our area are understaffed during peak times in the AM and lunch, out of venti straws, out of coffee cup stoppers and out of hot coffee sleeves frequently.

It is the McDonald's of coffee, just not with the McDonald's price. Beans are over roasted and watered down. They are consistent, I'll give them that.
It's usually a good one expect today. I had a mobile ordered, had it picked up by my husband and they gave him a completely different drink. I went back, the teens laughed and said that's definitely not what you asked for. They remade it and yet again it wasn't what I asked for. So either they need more training, learn how to read or simply didn't care about the service they where giving. Get it together as these drinks aren't $1.
