A friend and I went to Spin in Olathe on 05/25. It was a delightful experience. The food was good. The staff was friendly and efficient. I hope they keep the Athens Pizza, it was delicious. Our waitress, Macy, did a great job, and Mia, up front where we ordered was also friendly and did her job well. Overall, it was a very good time.
My wife and I were out in the area for a doctors appointment, after the appointment we decided to get some dinner, we looked online and found this restaurant named Riccos so we thought we would give it a try.Worst decision of the day, high prices poor customer service.I don't mind paying for an expensive meal but expect great service of which we didn't receiveSo we left decided we would look for someplace else, best decision we could of made, SPIN! pizza, everything from pizza to the service was out of this world( I spent to much time on the other place but want to emphasize the difference). The food, fresh and amazing, top notch .The service was a delight from the gentleman who rang us up and served us to the manager, the both came by to ask how things were. The two of them REALLY know customer service and how to SPIN! a great product, kudos and 10 star to both.I do want to apologize to both as I had a card with name and dummy me lost it but if you're in the area don't hesitate to give them a SPIN!
Some friends brought over some pizza from SPIN recently. It was tasty, but this is the type of pizza that people eat when they don't want to feel guilty about eating pizza. It feels like you're eating pizza from a kids' menu. Again, flavor wasn't bad. Not sure exactly what they got but one was all veggies and gf crust. The other was maybe a pesto pizza. The salads were good. Greek and one with strawberries. Not the worst out there, but it's one of those experiences where you pay a lot for small portions in the name of feeling healthy. Like going to Panera.
Server didn't bring my beverage until after at least 3 different tables seated after me. Ceaser salad was pretty much all romaine stems, basically no dressing, and half the size I've gotten at other locations. Pizza was overcooked. The Spin location I visit regularly is vastly superior. I will not be back to this one for quite some time.
Loved the employees !! They were so polite and helpful. The soup (delicious!) and pizza lunch combo was a lot of good food and reasonably priced.
The quality of the food here is great but the service at this location is terrible. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food to show up with little to no communication from the staff and when we asked about our order for the 3rd time were told it would be at least another hour even though there was only one other table in the whole restaurant that didn't have their food yet. We like Spin and the one on 135th is great but we will never come to this location again as this is now the 2nd time we have had a bad experience with long waits and poor communication at this location.
Not using microwave ovens could help, bigger portions. Meatballs were bland and cold, you replaced with meatballs that didn't have enough sauce and were barely warm. Salad didn't have enough dressing on it. Hadn't been there in over 7 years and decided to give 2nd chance and it wasn't any better. Probably won't be back.
Pizza is ok everythign else is gross. all ingrediants are pre frozen.Been here 4 times, Your order will always be wrong.
It's sometimes sucks to give an accurate review when you go to a place full of wonderful people but just aren't good at the jobs. Great staff, great menu and pretty good food. But horrible wait times and not really worth it. If it was not for the staff I would have given one star. Wish the food was a bit better for the price and tipping plus the wait. Could use improvement for sure!
Good tasting flat breads and puzzas. Clean place and good staff. Worth a quick stop to eat.
