Daughter went to get food for the family waiting at the hospital. Placed order in stall 18. Screen was broken. $43.00 order never received. Staff argued that she went to wrong Sonic, "it happens all the time". We'll sure. Ordered at the stall. Order verified. Total given. But supposed to pick it up at another Sonic? Freddy's was happy for our business.
Parked in a stall to order. Asked for x2 double quarter pound cheese burgers... no cheese only ketchup lettuce onion. Didnt get the ketchup. Also ordered x2 large drinks... one coke which was only item to be right and a large strawberry lemonade. They gave me a large strawberry limeade... told them it was wrong. They went back and just made a larger version but no lime... probably the worst service I've had in some time.
Misinterpreted the order and all the fried food was overcooked. Drinks were as expected.
This is the best Sonic in town. I know dome folks have had bad experiences but our food is always fresh & delicious & prepared by someone who obviously cares about their customers & take pride in their work. Carhop Katherine is the best!
My son really wanted sonic so we went as a special treat for him. Got him a popcorn chicken meal only for it to be inedible. The fries were so nasty, old, squishy, brown, cold and the chicken pieces were hard as a rock. The drinks were fine. He was pretty disappointed. Will definitely not be returning to this location I should have read the reviews before coming.
I would not go to this location, living right next to it sounds awesome but I have been let down every time I go there. It is worth the extra distance to go to this location: 13730 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS 66062.Between their hours, customer service and quality of food and drinks that location is the best!
I ordered a hot dog. When I opened it the jot dog was a gray color. Needless to say I didn't eat it. I was on my way out of Overland Park sonic
Worst experience I have ever had. I was waiting in a stall for more than half an hour just to receive cold food. It’s past 1:00 it should not be this slow.

Pressed the button on a stall and waited almost 10 minutes... Went to another stall and waited 5 min. Started to get in line at the drive thru and after seeing someone else bail out of line, decided to go to another nearby location.
