Overall I like the food. The breakfast burritos are really filling and spicy (if you like jalapeños. If not, we can't be friends). I have found that the Sour Patch Kid slush float is so weird that it's good. The slush part itself is sour with little bits of squishy candies, then the sweet ice cream...I really didn't think it would be good, but damn does it work.
It was fine except lid was not all the way on my rootbeer float, had to have car hop get me more napkins as it spilled on my lap and cup holder area...and everyone is out of cheddar bites!!
Just got home from this place about 10 min ago. Service was terrible. Pressed the button and waited 15-20 min for someone to take my order. Place wasn’t even busy (6 other cars) and cars were coming in after I had got there and getting service before me. My tots were just thrown in the bag and all my drinks are watered down with little to no flavor. Will not be coming back to this location again.
Extremely slow service, which is not what I would expect from Sonic. In one instance their screens and ordering system were down and someone had to physically come out and take our order. Nice lady.
Fresh tots every time we go now. Before it was not so good. Now it is really good and fresh.
Never going back! The first time I went it took over 10min before anyone took my order. I figured it was because they were really busy that day. Today there were only a handful of cars, and still no response 10min after pressing the button I pressed it again and then left after 5min of no response. Went down the street to the one on 151st and Black Bob and got much better service.
Google says as of 4 days ago that this location is open till 11pm. We came out at 10:05 to get a late night snack. The parking lot was packed with teenagers all sitting around the tables. When we pushed the red button we could not get anyone to answer. We also tried to call the store. Again no answer. We’re they closed? Don’t know. It would be nice if the store hours were verified or a little customer service letting us know the had closed early. But then Again this new age of customer service is far from in between.
This sonic sucks & takes forever. I waited 20 minutes for one large coke that was placed online. SMH.
Don’t go here. maybe the teenagers who work here and refuse to take orders at 8pm when they close at 9pm will be fired for being horrible employees. Multiple cars pulled up, pushed the button, waited 15 min only to leave. No one even came on and said sorry we’re closed - just straight up ignored everyone and played around in the kitchen.
I asked for the simplest item, vanila slush with strawberry add ins. Omg tney messed up my drink and it taste HORRID. There employee was clearly high.
