Can't believe they handed us this 20-minute-old ice cream cone with a straight face. Completely melted, it was definitely made before we ordered. Didn't even give us a single napkin, even though it was dripping all over the carhops hand! They simply don't care here. Big L.
Ordered ahead via my mobile app. Pulled into a stall and tried to check in and couldn't get connection. Life happens, I pushed the red button, gave them my name. Waited. After 45mins and 3 more button pushes I lost my cool and asked rather insistently where my food was. The lady giggled at me and handed me over to someone else. It was clear I was not getting my food. I'll drive across town before returning to this location. I doubt anything good will come of this review or recognition that it's even been read by Sonic, but hey folks, avoid this location. I'll also be calling my bank in the morning because my card was charged before I even arrived at the drive-in.
I ordered online picked it up at the store and set there and relaxed listening to oldies while I ate my delicious sandwich and drink my wonderful cherry vanilla Coke
We gave them a large, rather convoluted order. It was served accurately and with a smile. It was a meth mouth smile, but hey, it's Independence. Great job!
I have ordered onion rings at this location before and they were burnt and old grease used. I thought, I should give it another try, same thing.
Found out that even though you order sugar free slushies the ice they use has sugar in it after ordering sugar free for as long as I can remember

Asked for unsweetened tea. I got that. I asked for easy on the ice. It was filled to near the brim with ice so that was a miss. I asked for sweet and low. Didn't get any. Another miss. So a failing grade on two out of three. Not a good look. P.S.- it wasn't busy so no excuse there. This particular Sonic always seems to be both slow and a failure in getting your order right.
Good food fast service and an overall wonderful dive in experience. Their mozzarella sticks are my absolute favorite I could eat them for days. Also if you need a big drink there isn't another better place anywhere.
First the guy taking the order at 11:20 am did not confirm my order. After I place my order he didn't say your total is or thank you. Just silence.When the food came out I was missing my onion rings. I paid $11 and change with a $20 bill. My change back was $3 and something.Bad service from behind to end. Teach good customer service and small errors can be over looked.
