Good service, always friendly!
This is without a doubt one of the best lunch options in the South Olathe area. I come here at least two days a week and love it. The smoothies are great and the staff is always amazing. Stop by and you'll probably find your next lunch kick as well.

Got to slow down and read the orders in the mornings. I have 2 straight peanut butter smoothies that my kids won't drink. We ordered blueberries in one, strawberries in the other. Better luck next time.

Teenagers run the store. I ordered a Peanut Power Plus Strawberry, and got a Peanut Power Plus Chocolate. When questioned the girls, her response was "you said chocolate, I am sure"! Anyways I didn't make a big deal of it, got my daughters Lil angel and left. Once I got home, my daughter's drink was missing the main ingredient- bananas ?♀️
3 stars because our orders were correct, delicious, and I’ve had good previous experiences as this location.Sadly, last Saturday was not one of those experiences. I workout at a gym just down the road, so every Saturday, a small group (maybe 4-6) of us will often walk over after our class to grab a smoothie. This past Saturday, nearly 15 members wanted to join! When we walked into the Smoothie King, there were just 2 workers, one lady in the back working the drive thru, the other up front. Even with her mask on, we could all see the scowl and look of distain on the young lady’s face as our larger than normal group walked in. I’ve worked food service before, so I understand when an large group unexpectedly walks in - but you still have a duty to be courteous. She took our orders no problem, though sadly, since she was the only one working up front, she had to take all 15 orders first before a smoothie was made. Then, there was almost no sense of urgency in making the smoothies. Just so slow… We were there for almost an hour, and her countenance didn’t improve the entire time, even though we all tried to be kind to her. At one point, she told us to place a call-ahead order next time (mind you, we never know who wants to go with to Smoothie King until our workouts are done and we decide to walk over).It was a very unfortunate experience. Overall love the place and will return! But hopefully the customer service will improve.
Person in the drive thru was extremely rude. Slow service. I Could not remember the name of the smoothie I usually order and she was not patient while I tried the remember the name. I usually don't write negative reviews and I am usually a patient person. But this experience was just that bad.
I get off work at 8:30 Get there with about five minutes to spare 4 minutes when I park walk to The door a Young man is cleaning, he see me looks over at the young lady at the register. she walks away goes to the back. Soon as I step on the step to walk in they turn the open sign off .I turned to get in my car this angers me about this time it's two minutes till 9 I get out I walk in and I said You're closed oh yeah we close at 9 (they both said) I said well you still open then. The young lady on for me that it was 9 and they're closed..The door wasn't even locked.This is not the first time this has happened all gone through the fry the drive-thru at a quarter till and it states that they're closed and no one has picked up.
Highly recommend convenient location, and a drive-through yes !!!
