I love this place but the last two times we’ve went they have been unable to do food. The first one there equipment wasn’t working, understandable. This time we show up and it’s because they’re short staffed. Due to that they are no longer taking orders. I can get being understaffed can be frustrating but come on. We have definitely learned at this point before you make the trip out there to call.
The service was pretty good and the wait was not bad either. The burgers were nicely seasoned and very flavorful. It was the first place I went to that actually had hamburgers where I could taste the beef. The fries were great and very addicting, it's no wonder the box they come in is so small. I would come here again if I ever had another burger craving.
Visited pretty close to closing time and it was pretty busy and we waited for a while. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and a regular tater tot and a cookies and cream milkshake and my total was almost 19$…..OUCH I was pretty full which is great. It was pretty good but definitely not the best. I would eat it again tho just the price isn’t worth it to me.
I ordered through Doordash. The entire bag containing my order was seemingly dropped in oil, as you can see from the dashers image as well as the ones I took immediately after receiving my bag. Most of the order was inedible. The burger wrapping was drenched, but saved some of the burger and what I could eat, was pretty tasty. Unfortunately what I could eat, was very little. Overall pretty disappointing, but I don't imagine every order goes out drowning in oil like this, at least I hope not.
I wasn't impressed with the overall experience. 1st time trying smashburger. I got a double, bacon, avocado....and smash fries. I guess I was expecting the burger to hold a little form while eating, rather than the continuous ground beef crumbles falling out that I got with every bite. Food seemed slow to get out of the kitchen. Over 15 min for. Not just my order going slow, either. Their order board was visible from the counter and the timing header on most orders was red, so they weren't getting stuff out even by their own standards. There were less than a dozen people in the restaurant. No obvious prioritization of customers in the restaurant over call-ins/ on-line orders. At least the fries were crisp.
Limited staff, as per covid standards these days. Front person was friendly and patient. And that's where the positive stops for me...Lettuce was limp, tomatoes were slimy, breaking down, and overdue for disposal; but worst is Being as these are supposed to be fresh made, it boggled my mind how the fries were cold as ice when out order had just been called out. I was Trying to give the benefit of the doubt and I may have been able to had it been busy... but it was anything but busy... only 2 other people in the entire place when we arrived. Unfortunate experience, especially at over $35 for "fast food"
Great food and amazingly polite staff!!
pretty good food and amazing staff
Walked in the door and instead of being greated, the woman behind the counter put her hand up to have us wait. We understood that she was on the phone so we waited. Halfway through taking our order she walked away from us, without saying anything, to help a man that just came in to pick up a to go order. Had she asked us to wait a moment, we would have understood that as well. Then when we brought it to her attention as to why we had changed our mind and were leaving she seemed to not care. I can now see why they weren't busy during lunch time. Maybe some more training for the lady behind the counter is in order.
I don't eat beef, so I was happy to see the turkey option. The TRUFFLE MUSHROOM SWISS TURKEY BURGER had nice flavor, it was just the size of a kid's meal burger. The beef burgers are considerably thicker, which wouldn't take much. My sweet potato fries were cold. The smash fries had good flavor--but cold. Tator tots--cold. Ridiculous to serve cold fries when dining in the restaurant.
