We've ordered twice since they opened and the pizza is hot and fresh! It's so nice to have a pizza place so close and sooo good!
Tried to love them, because they're literally right up the block and they deliver. No can do. They're very pricey, which would be fine if there were any consistency to how they prepare food. More often than not, items you add as 'extra' are forgotten and left off. Or, there was so little to begin with, you don't notice there's 'extra'. (Your wallet notices tho). Example: Ordered the 8" dessert sticks, with icing, strawberry and chocolate. The first time, they were perfect. Warm, soft, puffy dough, equal amounts of toppings. The second time, ordered it exactly the same way. There was no chocolate to speak of, the strawberry was minimal, as was the icing. The sticks themselves were doughy and gummy. Have given them enough chances that we've earned a $10 reward, which we sadly won't use. It's $45-$50 each time, and something is always lacking. The delivery guys are always on point, tho.
Super nice employees and the pizza is awesome. If you haven’t tried the cream cheese base sauce option, you are missing out. Best pizza in Olathe.
1st time ever having Sarpino's. Very easy to order online & very quick turn around time, especially for a Friday night. Super, super friendly staff!! Now about the pizza...love the regular crust!! Ordered an 8" BBQ Chicken Bonanza, an 8" Bacon Cheeseburger, & an 8" Cheesy Breadsticks. Lots of fresh toppings to choose from if you create your own. They also have calzones, salad, & some desserts too. Can't wait to try something different next time!!
We eat here pretty often and the pizza/ breadsticks are always hot and fresh. We've had great experiences with both carry out and delivery. It's a bit more expensive than other pizza places, but it's one of our favorites and we'll continue to come back.
02/28/22 first time trying this one. Had sarpinos before, food was good but they had to come back cause they only loaded half my order
I went to Sarpino's tonight, and they killed it. It was the best calzone I had had in a really long time, and their desert sticks were heat. All the guys that were working there tonight had amazing customer service skills. I felt like I had known them for quite a while. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you all for bringing Sarpino's to Olathe!!! Keep up the mad pizza skills because you're killing it!!
This was our first order from Sarpino’s, but won’t be our last. We ordered the meatball sandwich and the chicken Alfredo. Both were delicious. Hearty portions and quick service. We had a great experience from the phone call to order to the pickup at the store. So glad Sarpino’s is in Olathe!
Amazing pizza! We've have had it three times now in my household, and we will certainly be returning soon. Even if there is a wait (which there was not tonight) it's completely worth it.
I have to be completely honest. I was excited about Sarpino’s opening near me and eager to try it. I’ve now ordered twice.1. First Try - 01/01/22 - Ordered two pizzas, wings and a calzone. Pepperoni pizza is as smashed into the pizza box and wings were cold. Calzone was good.2. Second Try - Last Monday - Ordered Margherita Pizza. Pizza was soggy and nearly 30 minutes late.Looking at other reviews, I have to believe that I’m an outlier (or reviews were paid for). However, I usually will give a restaurant a couple shots before leaving a review of this nature.I probably won’t be ordering from them again as they are the 1. Most expensive pizza option near me. 2. The lowest quality meal experience I’ve had twice in a row.
