My wife and I went here yesterday with a grandson and it was absolutely great. Food was great, service was great. An all around very good enjoyable experience. We met some individual who stated he was a director or something for all the stores in the 2 state area KS/MO, been with Red Lobster 14 yrs I think. You could tell he loved his job, he talked about some of the changes to the menu and food which we tried and it was awesome. You could tell he really cared about his job, Red Lobster and the customers. He is making a difference. We loved his attitude and enthusiasm. We will be back for sure!
I highly recommend this location. We were a group of over 20 old folks, and we were impressed by the food and the service! We had an exceptional waitress and a server who refilled drinks. We were served in record time with no errors, and no one that I'm aware of had to even ask for drink refills. We gave the waitress a round of applause before we left. Bravo!
Utter rip off. $20 bucks for a meal and got 3 teaspoon sized pieces of chicken. $3.20 for a tablespoon of cole slaw. This place is a complete rip off for ordering out. Nobody would accept this food in person.
Several weeks ago we went to this location about 8:30 pm. We apologized for the lateness of our arrival (even tho they close at 9:00) and the entire staff was very unpleasant. When the waiter came he acted upset and I told him I would take care of him with a great tip (which I did) and it did change his attitude and our service and food was good afterwards. Tonight we arrived at 8:10 and NO ONE was at the front or in the bar. We could see that an employee had been eating at the bar as their was take out food from another restaurant there. We waited until 8:15 and still saw no one. There were two family’s eating and we walked around but never saw a single employee. We finally walked out and never did see any employee. As we drove off we looked back inside and could see an employee back sitting at the bar eating their food. Makes me wonder if they saw us pull up and they went to the back until we left. Needless to say that will be our last visit to this location. We went down the street to get sushi.
Where should I start...Red Lobster has always been a good experience. My mother-in law requested to go here because it was her favorite and because we do not know how many good says she has left. I'm not a sea food fan but I was able to choose from a few options. Wouldn't do the steak again but then again I have a high standard here. Nobody for to Red Lobster for beef...You feel me? Anyway, good service and easy to pay. Cost is a little highest whatdo you expect from a well known sea food restaurant? Hope this helps and from what I heard everyone enjoyed their food. Must try their biscuits!
It was pretty good, the biscuits were great, I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and the chicken tasted kinda like sweet and sour chicken. I'm not super surprised b/c it's a seafood restaurant. Overall, pretty good.

The mozzarella cheese sticks here are the best! Plus, the raspberry lemonade is really good here too. This is a great restaurant all around and I highly recommend this location.
Food and service was alright. The server did a fine job, she was young and bubbly. The one start actually goes out to the manager who refused to provide a receipt for a purchase and stated that if we paid on the presto and clicked no receipt there was absolutely no way to get us a receipt for our purchases. She then stated that we would have to drive all the way back tomorrow to be able to get proof of purchase. We told the server and she immediately brought us a receipt. When I was talking to the manager she literally just walked away because she didn't want to provide it. Not sure what shady buisness is going on but I would stay away from this location to protect your personal and private information! Server was good and knew exactly what to do. Maybe the 19 year old would be a better fit for management.
The service was great, the waiter was very friendly and quick. But when the food came out it smelled horrible. The lobster was over cooked, enough that I didn’t even eat the lobster tail. The lettuce was soggy in my salad. I was very disappointed especially for the price I had to pay for all of it.
