I paid almost 10.00 for the Big Salad and ONLY thing Big was the two hand full of lettuce maybe a sprinkle of some toppings. A freaking waste of money not happy
Visiting from out of state. Loved the pizza. Amazing sauce and crust. Great service as well.
Today was my first time coming to this location since the one on Park St closed. I was very disappointed. It seemed to be run by all young people. I was there to pick up a couple to-go pizzas. I stood at the register waiting for a minute or two. Several young persons walked past me and said nothing, just kept working. Finally a young male walked to the register and just looked at me. He didn't say, can I help you? Or you picking up pizzas?. I told him my name. He told me what I owed and I handed him my card. He put the payment slip on the counter and said, sign here. No, please or here's a pen, nothing more. I signed, he set the pizzas on there counter, grabbed the payment slip and then turned around and walked away. He never said Thank you or anything more. I understand each of those young people have their job to do, but whoever is working the register should have some customer service skills.
Great pizza, still cooked in a pizza oven! The pink stuff is the best dressing for a salad ever.
Pleasantly surprised by the great service, delicious food, and authentic late 70s ambiance.
They didn't even deserve a 1-star rating. We arrived at the Ridgeview at 4 :55pm tonight. There was only 1 table seated when we arrived. We ordered our pizza. 3 other tables came on after us. I asked our waitress at 5:30 to check on our order. She came back and said that they were working on it and it should only be a minute or so. Well people where coming in and out picking to-go orders up, then the other tables started getting there pizza's. She said they never made our pizza. I asked to talk to the manager and this young teenager came out and all her said was: I am sorry, we are really short staff. Their was 4 working behind counter and 1 waitress on the floor. By this time it was 6:05. We won't be back!
I love their pizza. Supreme is awesome. Easy to get to and fast, in my opinion. Friendly servers.
Terrible experience. Waited 35 minutes for our pizza. They messed up our order. After finally getting it, It was still wrong. They forgot my refill. Even served other people drinks..and once I finally got it..it was still wrong. No one would wait on us. The Alfredo sauce was forgotten with the breadsticks. It was cold once we got it. I had to get up and ask for that too. We asked for boxes to take home and we were forgotten again. I had to get up and go to the counter and ask for them. They actually gave us a pizza box to take home a salad..two other customers were there so it wasn't like they were super busy . We asked for the manager, and he never came. So finally I had to get up again and go to the counter asking for the manager . Someone claimed to be and offered a 25 percent discount..for a 45 dollar dinner didn't seem enough for the poor service. He said that's all he could do. They then told us to go to their website to complain and I am certainly going to. I Will never go to this establishment again. Rude !! Worst service ever! I could not believe it. Zero stars.
This was one of the worst dining experiences we have had. Order took almost hour for one pizza. It was not even correct. Waitress refused to get us drink refills and to go boxes. We didn't get to eat much due to how long it took for our messed up order. One of our Girls needed her seizure meds at a certain time. We didn't plan on being there for 90 minutes. It was not even busy. This was our first & last visit!
Waitress was too young to serve beer...order food ...which she did nit write down or repeat back..hence our roundtable came with onions we did not want any..and we asked for light sauce our pizza came with Alfredo sauce. It was aha ok but not what my mouth was looking for.
