Hair in my food. It was on the bottom of my pizza and subsequently ended up on my plate. Possibly, it got there from the pizza box. It looked like a disgustingly long eyebrow, but curly. So, likely from someone's afro.
We waited 10 minutes on hold to talk to a live person and then my friend was hung up on as soon as they answered. It took a half an hour for a pizza, I realized it was busy. The pizza was good and the customer service was okay
Drive thru lady Lisa was awesome, and made sure my order was correct and had a smile you hardly see anymore. The fries i ordered where hot and good, thanks for making my night with that smile!
Waited 40 minutes for my food (which isn't necessarily unreasonable, but on the long side for a small order on a Thursday night), only to have them bring the wrong food. Food isn't good enough for me to wait another 40 minutes for them to, ya know, actually bring what I ordered, so I think I'll just be done with Pizza Hut.
Tonight I ordered a pizza at the Parker location in Olathe and added a comment so they saw only onions on half since they missed this last order Instead I got a pizza with ONLY. Onions on half and the whole pizza toppings on only one side. Called them back when I got home only to be hung up on as soon as I mentioned my order was incorrect. Checked and my receipt was correct- even being short staffed - no excuse to be so RUDE!!!
Food is always good, but speed of service and customer service are suspect at best. I placed an online order for pick up 3 days prior for a pick up time and it still wasn't ready on pick up time due to an employee making our pizza incorrectly. Didn't even apologize.
I called in and placed an order for carryout , was told it would be approximately 16 minutes. Drove to the Pizza Hut on Parker Street. The person at the drive through said they did not have have an order under my name or phone number. The person at the window said this happens all the time with the call center. The person at the window didn't even ask if they could help me. I will never order pizza from Pizza Hut anymore.
Not sure why it took 15 minutes for someone to greet me at the pickup window when multiple employees not doing anything watched me pull up. I didn't get help until i waved someone down and then they were rude and seemed bothered to give me my pizza ?
Most of the time they do very well, but sometimes, when they are busy and with delivery, they forget the extra sauces that we ordered or the Pizza is not quite as delicious and fresh. This time I picked it up and it was very fresh and everything was there including our extra sauce that we paid for.
My order was left sitting on my porch and NO ONE texted me. That is simply not ok at all
