This location is absolutely NASTY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We asked for extra peppers and the worker brought out a prepackaged foil that had two peppers already eaten with the stem trash left in the foil. We called in to tell them what happened and they told us “During shipping some peppers are cut”. As you can see in the pictures this isn’t a cut, this was clearly eaten. The other peppers were also very dry showing how dated these peppers were. They didn’t even say sorry or anything, just kept arguing with me. Haven’t had problems with other Papa Johns in this area, avoid this location!!!

Might not be the locations fault, but don't trust the app on the stage of your order. Safe to tack on 30-45 mins on your delivery times. Come to find out they use DoorDash to complete their deliveries. Pizza was lukewarm at best when it arrived
Total failure last night. Ordered a 6 topping pizza and wings. 45 min late (which is understandable for staffing issues), but the pizza was missing 3 toppings, and light on the others, which were clumped in the center of the pizza. Horrible experience.Previous experiences have been hit or miss. When we order wings, there's a 50% chance the dipping sauce is missing. Or the garlic sauce is missing. Or both.

WE CONTACTED ANOTHER STORE & IT WAS PROMPT TO RESPOND OFFERED DISCOUNTS AND TO REPLACE ORDER UNTIL THEY HEARD IT WAS ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND SAID THEY GET REGULAR COMPLAINTS. WE GAVE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT JUST A BAD NIGHT. NO THIS IS THE NORMAL. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, CRAP EMPLOYEES WHO WILL CONECT YOU TO A LINE YOU CAN GET A CALL IN 48HRS. TO NEVER RECEIVE A CALL. IF YOU WANT WHAT YOUR ORDER AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! THEY ARE SCUM!
Very Disappointed!! Pizza was not good. We waited a long time for the contact delivery and finally gave up and went inside to get it.

#PapaJohns (Olathe Store) you are a joke, you need to stop using 3rd party drivers (if they can't do their job) and own you're f#ck ups! This is ridiculous, I ordered (originally) at 545pm today, called after the 70min wait time, not to mention your site SAID it was 'delivered' (yet nothing) and when I spoke to your store, I was told 'another (same) order would be rush out right away by a store driver'.... yet here it is 833pm and after calling yet a 2nd time STILL nothing! Thank you Store Mgr for telling me there will be 'no charge', since that's the very LEAST you can do but I'm sure your customers (including myself) would rather you get your sh!t together!! Papa johns has stepped it up compared to previous years. I really like their pizza, cheese sticks and desserts. the spicy garlic sauce is bomb
