This place sucks!!!!! I ordered pizza to deliver to my hotel 1/2,mile away!!!!!Ordered at 8:57 pm told me 51 minutesCalled 1 1/2 hours later !!!! They could not even find it but they found my bank card and charged me 37 dollars!!!!!!!They said they would re order and bring it !!!!Never showed and of course closed when I called back again!!Scam Artist!!! Avoid this place!Corporate America again for you and lazy irresponsible kids ! And workers
Order pizza while in town for a sports event July 15, 2022. We got in late after a 9 hour driver and figured pizza was the best option. Pizza came and was delivered in a timely manner. Problem being it wasn’t our order. I called to complain at 10:37PM and they stated our order would be delivered in “a half hour” our food arrived at 11:40PM Ice cold and the breadsticks and cinnamon pull apart were rock hard burnt! Called the next day and they stated a General Manager would call back the next day when he was In and I still have NO CALL BACK, NO REFUND! I also complained to corporate and have heard nothing back. Very unprofessional company. You obtained $52 from travelers and did not at all provide the services as stated. Better business bureaus will be my next complaint
The pizza is getting gross. It's soggy and the last three times I order the epic stuffed crust works pizza it was doughy. Completely undercooked. Tonight the pizza crust was so thin and soggy, the toppings would all just come sliding off. Could hardly eat it. The crust was crispy on tip but complete dough when you started eating it. The Canadian bacon tasted somewhat rotten. I'm disappointed cause this papa John's used to be one of the best, not its going down hill. Papa John's when did you start thinning your crust down? You have the option for extra cheese when the pizza crust can't even hold the regular cheese with toppings on? I don't know what Is going on but you need to fix it. The staff is awesome and nice but please make the pizza the way you used to.
We ordered the wrong pizza and Papa Johns replaced it for us without charge.
Very disappointed, not in the taste or quality of the pizza I received but the fact that I was a new customer specifically there for the new “Epic Pepperoni Stuffed Crust”pizza that only Papa John’s has only to receive a cheese stuffed crust with pepperoni on it. If Papa John’s is advertising something new and epic then the employees should be briefed and led to familiarity with the new menu item and how it correlates to the overall customer service experience.
They gave me some guys pizza. I bet he’s mad but the pie was good. Nothing taste better than free food.
Showed up after my order was marked “ready” and they lost my pizza. Then they wanted me to wait another 10 minutes for it. I just left. Go to Pizza Hut or pizza shoppe across the street. No customer appreciation here
I order a large sausage, mushroom, onion pizza, paid for the extra ingredients and I could count the amount of sausage on my two hands, same with the mushrooms, which passes me off greatly, this is the second time this has happened, it won't happen a third time, so dissapointing, never again, I do not recommend this pizza place, it takes your money and you recieve jack.
I adore the employees at this location . I have a 13 year old autistic Grandson who will only order from this location, you all have friended him and been so kind to him and him to you all as well , thank you from
Always ready they only use dashers when they need to
