The manager was very nice and helped us find vegan options. Service was fast considering that they were very busy. Had the Mediterranean bowl without feta. Very good. Would have liked more!
Carleigh, service was great very friendly, store was very clean and customer service was great and friendly co-workers, good job.
Came in during peak lunch hour. Attempted to use self service kiosk, but had a Visa giftcard mishap. Cashier was very very helpful and patient. Employee assigned to dining room clean up tried to help me at the kiosk; observed her helping multiple patrons with clean up and chairs. Gentleman on prep duty was very quick to give me the desired soup, when it was my own fault I didn’t catch my mistake that the broccoli cheddar soup was replaced with broccoli cheddar mac'n'cheese. Made a huge dufference to my day.It is very evident this team of people want to treat patrons nicely and deserve all the appreciation possible. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.
Food is fine..BUT the RESTROOMS at this location are horrible.... Very dated and not clean... Check out Culver's at 151st for comparison
Slow service. Breakfast items only till 11:00 and not advertised
Food was okay, pretty expensive for what you actually get. When our food came, it was warm like it had been sitting for a while and it was hard to get our server to come to the table.
Long wait, isit was around 1pm, one cashier juggling multiple tasks for the line out the door. Several staff members in attendance just not at the 3 registers or bakery area.
Only writing this because the instructions of excluding plasticware and napkins for my pick-up order was followed. The contrast between this location and the one much closer to me (College & Quivira) was glaring. Didn't have any missing items which is a nice bonus.
Food was not the best. The turkey chili was very bland, just tasted like beans. Ordered a Mac and cheese with bacon and did not receive any bacon. Disappointing, will not come back here again.
