Whenever I come to this place I never get what I want to eat. I don't know if I'm just unlucky or if it's normal for this restaurant to have failures in the buffet. it would be great to arrive one day and just be served the dish and not have to wait 10 minutes for it to be cooked
Dependable. Nice staff. Drive thru open til 930pm weekly.
I was on my 30 minute lunch and was left waiting for my order to at least get taken for 20 minutes before I had to leave to get back in time. There was 0 notice for what was going on and I'm very upset that the service was this terrible considering how they usually are.
Wish the rice had more flavor. Other than that can't go wrong with the orange chicken.
They put more veggies than noodles on the chow mein ????
We went through the drive thru and ordered our food, asked for 2 things of crab Rangoons, when we were leaving I noticed we didn’t get them so I made a call to ask if they could just bring them out real quick and they said we had to wait in the drive thru, we were in the drive thru and asked if we could get a second the guy was rude and just kept saying come to the window so I asked again and he said I didn’t say no, I was like it was just a question but thanks!
Only service was through the drive-thru. The line of cars moved through quite fast. The food was tasty and hot.
The dinning room is closed and there is nothing on the door indicating they are not open. Sae several people walk to the door that was locked with irritation on their face. Ordered honey walnut shrimp at 120pm and they made me wait for what they said would be 4 minutes and ended up being 10 mins. When you only have a 30 min lunch this is not acceptable. I will not be back to this location!!
We are typically a fan but for some reason this location was having major issues with the drive through and service. We ended up driving up the road to another location where we got great service and food.
Really gone downhill. I understand almost everyone is understaffed in this current climate, but they seriously like management or employees giving effort towards running a business.
