The girl that served me had a bad attitude and my food is cold I'm only 5 minutes down the street

Worst Panda ever!!! Never coming back. Like is adding extra broccoli really that big of a deal after I just spent $54 on food.
It's a decent place for fast food that is a change of pace from the rest of this stuff. The food is standard Panda quality. The service is below grade from other places from this and previous experience. Im still going back.
This location doesn’t refresh food often and shuts down the grilled teriyaki early in the afternoon.

I received a $25 giftcard to Panda Express from my mom for my birthday. I called the number on the back of the card to make sure that $25 was on it before using it, and the balance was $0. My mom didn’t keep the receipt as it was a gift. She said the cashier was in training and may have not put the balance on the card but she was still charged $25. I went into this store to get help with the issue and the employee Oki was very rude and unprofessional. After I calmly explained the issue and asked for help with the card, she told me that it wasn’t her problem and refused to help. I have worked retail and food service and I would never talk to a customer like that. This is an issue on your end. Please do not give out invalid gift cards while still charging customers. I ended up leaving and will call the company. Do better.
Food eh, portions suck. The staff puts almost nothing in the trays and charges way to much for what you get. There's a buffet down Santa fee over I35 for the same price as a meal here. I go there.
