Not much flavor and extremely over priced for what you get.The three of us got our food at about 5 minute intervals, we weren't served all at once, and we were on one ticket. They don't seem to be able to make the food and serve it in the order which it was ordered.For the price you can go to a nice sit down Mexican restaurant and get more food and flavor.Salsa was good.
Tacos, burritos, bowls, beans, it's all really legit and tasty. A neighborhood favorite already. Good people. Go there!
We just discovered Oscars and it's a great place for a meal. They have a lot of options of different meats you can choose for your dishes. The staff are friendly and help you find exactly what is best for you. It's easy to get to with a lot of parking and making it simple to visit. It's also great for kids because there are reasonable size portions and everything is highly customizable even for your pickiest eater.
Chicken Empanadas with all the fixings were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Definitely get the charro beans and Spanish rice.
Got the burrito for $8.99. Had basically all optional ingredients with it. The thing was a pretty good size but… It was 99% rice, a tasteless, bland variety (ordered the Spanish rice). The meat was almost nonexistent. Other ingredients were lacking as well. Some like the pico had been put in but never spread out just were in there in one small lump. Won’t go back. Don’t recommend. Too many great places to go in this area.
Their spicy shredded chicken taco is awesome! I look forward to lunch because their food is so good. I get mine delivered through Foodsby.
Just went there today for lunch for the first time, super annoyed I hadn't gone in earlier. This place is absolutely fantastic, the salsas are incredible, and ridiculously fresh. I had the chili Verde pork tacos and carnitas.......freaking amazing, just eat till you passout delicious, seriously, there are not enough words to convey how damn good they were. Guacamole was stupendous, and was the perfect accent. Do not forget to get the charro beans, for the love of all that is holy, get the charro beans, I'm craving them now just typing about them. Do yourself a favor, go get some amazing food from these folks, you will not be unhappy or hungry when you're done.
So happy to find this place! Best charro beans I have ever had. Tomatillo salsa, guacamole and chips were so tasty. Asada tacos were delicious!
This is my favorite place to eat in the KC metro. I've been coming here since the beginning and have gotten to know Oscar and Delfino. The food is absolutely wonderful, and the family is also. I always look forward to going there, for the food, and the people. Definitely a gem, not to be missed.
