I called and ordered a pizza over the phone. When I picked up the pizza it was wrong. They tried to say it was my fault because it was ordered online. I showed them my call log on my phone to prove I called it in. Took 15 minutes to get the manager to approve making a new pizza because she was busy. Waited 30 more minutes for the correct pizza. I was very nice the whole time. People make mistakes. I asked the manager if I could have two ranch. She told me she would do it this time “for my trouble” but next time they are 50 cents each. They didn’t apologize or comp anything off the pizza. Worst customer service I have ever had at a pizza place.
The 3pm Sunday the bar had open seating and the bartender was a fantastic host to me and my family. Made for a pleasant experience eating out with 2 almost 4yr twins in tow. Might even make it a weekly thing. The for was great, pizza and wings tasted wonderful, in fact i want more right now.
Really good wings. Pizza was excellent. Very nice service and staff. The wood top tables in dinning must be replaced. Gross. They can never be properly cleaned. Unless of course, sanded down and sealed completely.
Terrible service. Probably just bad luck with my waitress, but either way my wife and I were there for 2 hours and only my wife got her food. The waitress kept saying there was a delay in the kitchen. At the 2 hour mark when my wife had finished her meal and I still didn't have mine we asked to tab out. We received no meal comp, or offer. I have been here before and had much better service. Hopefully this experience was a one time deal.
Had a great time. Pizza was good and the drink selection was great. Ate pizza, watched the game, had a couple of beers! Had to wait a little bit for a table but totally worth it. Will definitely be back.
Awesome food. Lots of different options. We love the chicken Buffalo rolls and the salads are amazing.
We chose Old Chicago Pizza in Olathe for my husbands 60th birthday get together on 6/23/22. It was a great experience for all 20 of us- from 18 mos to 85 yrs old. We ordered appetizers ahead but also added more as guests enjoyed them. Food & drinks were served quickly & hot. Our server, Sam, was friendly, helpful, quick, & never dropped the ball. The birthday “boy” enjoyed it all! If I could give 6 stars I would! Definitely recommend!!!
This pizza was fantastic! We got a hand tossed Chicago 7 (with extra black olives instead of mushrooms). I’ve never had a pizza with so many toppings on it! We also ordered the jalapeño cheese pretzel bites and actually sent them back. They came out dark, hard and a little burnt - and were not very flavorful, although the cheese dipping sauce they came with was great. The server was very nice, took them off our bill (we had our pizza by the time we sent them back), and was sincerely apologetic. We don’t like sending things back, but these were disappointing and not worth eating. That, the $4 draft beer being their only game day special, and the price ($26.99 for one large pizza) is what gives them four stars. We were using money we had been given for Christmas, otherwise I couldn’t imagine paying essentially $30 for one pizza after tax. It was delicious though!
Jose was my server tonight and he was phenomenal. He had great suggestions as far as food and drinks go and he was also kind and attentive to our table. He really did make my day better! 10/10 would recommend him as a server.
Went on a weeknight and the lobby was packed with people. Absolutely no social distancing. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Got around to that side of the restaurant and there were 8 tables empty, and not due to social distancing. Waited another 20 minutes for appetizers. Then another 20 minutes for a burger that came out cold, other meal that was warm but not hot. I'm not really sure where the breakdown occurred, but it appears to have happened at every level. Will not be returning. Food was very flavorful, but the rest is unforgivable.
