I have ordered from here before for delivery. First, I ordered 3 beef tacos, I got chicken and all 3 tacos were broken at the bottom. Then I had 2 orders and asked for 2 hot and mild salsas for each meal. 2 of us eating and love salsa. Then the beans and rice with the tacos were COLD! This had to be way pre-made since delivery only took 25 min. Pretty much done with them, if I had been in the restaurant I could have had all the salsa in the world, but they gave me 1. And for the chicken tacos, instead of beef, I had myself a disgusting taco salad. I have used delivery and as they always are stingy with the salsa, food had been warm and correct!
I hate writing this as I love their food but as of the past few weeks their service has been awful. They are fully staffed every time we go in there but either they have new servers that are still learning or careless servers. This last time we waited on our server for 20 minutes after we sat down. We received chips and sauce in a timely manner but saw no one come to our or our neighbors table in the first 20 minutes. We talked about leaving but instead gave it a few more minutes and someone finally made eye contact with our table and said hi have you guys been seen yet? What? Been seen yet?That clearly indicates they have no system when seating their patrons and servers have no designated tables or areas they should be attending. Pretty disappointing.

Date night with wife, we enjoyed ourselves and the food and drinks were delicious.
I blame Mi Ranchito for my addiction to tacos. There isn't a rehabilitation center in the country that specializes in GREAT FOOD ADDICTION Recovery!!!!!GREAT JOB MI Rachito's!I'll see you soon...I'll see you soon for more great food, and amazing sauce on my shirt.
Food was great but they changed their salsa to more of an Italian taste. I had to add Colla to it for any heat. Still a huge fan of their food.
Food was good, with our waitress being nice. However, the seating is not social distancing acceptable. I’d say one and done visit.
Went here after church for Galentines day thing. The service was great. The food was good. Even for me and I just had Gastric Bypass and I was able to get some food and take most of it home. Definitely one of my top favorites!!
Delicious food. Their fish tacos also called the Tacos del rio as they ate called were delicious and the ingredients very fresh which made it a joy to eat. We had several vegetarian folks in our group and they all found delicious eats as well. The Margaritas pitcher had too much ice but it was good. As far as drinks go I enjoyed the Michelada although it comes in a huge glass that was very full already plus the beer. Our party had chicjen and steak dishes which were great as well. Finally the corn masa dessert had the right amount of moisture in it unlike the other places where it get severely dried out.
Picking up to go orders is always a mess. we made 2 trips tonight because 1 meals was missing and our sons cheese dip was missing. The young boy who answered the phone said it was his fault for not putting our name on both bags. So your just supposed to take all the bags for all the to go orders???? But I guess this explains the many other complaints about people not getting their while order. The manager did refund the order for the missing meal. Eat in the restaurant if you go to this location or order your to go orders from a different location.
