Wife want a late night snack of ice cream cone and I got a sunday. We wanted to go to Sonic on 151st and Blackbob but it was already closed.
Open 24 hours, refuses to answer to the line of cars in the drive through. Sitting on her phone scrolling through FB and other things. Honked, knocked on the window and chose to ignore me after looking at me no less than 5 times. Absolutely pathetic service and another huge reason these workers don’t deserve 15$ an hour. Truly unreal.
Today I went through the drive thru and halfway through my order the guy dissappears. I sit while 3 other cars pass. Then he gets on the intercom again and says “good morning. Can I take your order?” And then one item into my order he is finalizing it on screen and then leaves. People get food and go to work in the morning. They don’t have time for subpar customer service.
Super bad service. I kept repeating my self over and over again to the machine. And end up not getting my order right!
It's a good and yummy place but the ice creem mashen is ALLWAYS broken but as everyone said it just a Mc d's reputation
It’s McDonald’s. Food is very predictable (not a bad thing - you know what you’re getting). The drive-through was fast and the cashier very friendly and kind.
Definitely not open 24 hours, as they claim to be. Came out of my way on a Thursday night (2am Friday).
This place is consistent and delicious, do not go to whattaburger it blows.
You are not open 24 hours and have not been for some time. Please update your listing. There's nothing more frustrating than getting off a long shift, trying to pick up a bite to eat, and finding out that you've driven 10 minutes out of your way for a business that is not accurately listed.
