Fail on the new automated order system. Has issues with substitute items, doesn't understand orders. Hopefully in 6 months they may have the system tweaked.
I'd give this place a zero if I could they just straight up ignored me and waited for breakfast to be over before taking my order in the lobby just so they didn't have to make breakfast items they caved in and made a chicken McGriddle but I ordered but refused to make any other breakfast item even though they had ignored me they didn't season the burger that I ended up ordering and they didn't even give me the fries that I ordered and gave me the wrong drink. Worst McDonald's ever. I live right next to it but will drive 15 minutes to the next one bc of how horrible it's always been
Really good customer service, I really like the two ladies really early in the morning! They are great. I would recommend thus McDonald's early in Morning!!! Thanks ladies foe what you do.
Order is wrong 90% of the time... Drive a couple minutes to another McDonald's.Update: went through a remodel so thought I would try again. Ordered through the app. Was approved but then at the register, the employee clearly didn't know what they were doing. Took five minutes to tell me my credit card didn't have enough money on it. Tried to charge me more than what the original total was. Said I didn't have my credit card. Left and simply changed the location of pick up.... Went to me location... Same order... Same payment method... Went thru with no problems. Again. Despite the remodel... My advice is stay away.... Go to the McDonald's down there road..
They deserve00000,because i just had bad experience.i made an order on drive through and before to confirm the order she said go away ,no respect to costumers,they should fire here ,for sure this is my last time to go there.she was realy stupid person and she said i m the manager .sorry for choosing her as manager (maybe she lies).rude people for drive thru.
The food actually comes out really quick, and it tastes decent too. I would genuinely say Mcdonald's is better than Red Lobster and Longhorn Steakhouse for their fast service and good tasting food.
Service was TRASH again! There is no good reason to wait in line at mcdonalds for 30 minutes then to just have them forget half your meal yet the third time ive came here. Then when i tried to call and see how theyd handle it, they just said um sorry and hung up. Its worth the 10minute drive to the next nearest location.

I was over charged and was given and the young kid in the window was rude. I asked for a receipt at the window as this was a business reimbursement that I’m now going to have to pay for due to the lack of a printer. Then later on as I was driving we noticed that we weren’t even given what we ordered! I called the manager (Amber) and was told that I had to come back to get refund.
