It is better than other locations but it still needs some improvement. I have some employees working at that don't speak English at the window and when we try to ask for help or ask them questions they can't understand us. Every time we make a mobile order there's some kind of problem with the computer system and it gets messed up and they end up trying to give us someone else's order almost every time.
The guy at the first window on the drive-thru acted like he wanted to be anywhere but working. He approached the window chewing something with his mouth wide open, no greeting, wadded up the receipt before he tried to hand it to me and then dropped it. No, I did not feel like a valued customer.
Just got a fish filet. No cheese at all. Not that you ever put more than half a slice, but now you have cut it out completely. And then you increase your prices. Not coming back.
This McDonald's has been fantastic every single time I've gone. Their fries are always served very fresh, and if they ever miss anything they will correct it right away without any trouble.Highly recommend this location!
Just ordered breakfast two sausage egg McMuffin’s. They give me just the sausage and a muffin. So I go inside to get it corrected and they had such disdain and anger towards me that I dare wanted my egg on each of the sandwiches. Never go inside when you’re getting your order corrected always go back through the drive-through then they won’t have time to argue with you about it.
One of the few fast food establishments in Olathe open at 4am. I needed breakfast and coffee for a run to the airport and after trying several others, there was Mc D , open and cranking out breakfast fast at 119th Street and Ridge view. Love that they have breakfast deals on their app.
Morning help is great. Love the new look around building. Forgot to paint 2nd drive thru lane to help with flow after ordering. Need to consider a drink only stop or have fountain at pay window to speed up line.
They have an AI interface at the drive through that could not handle my order, so I eventually got a human to fix the order. Then they forgot the hotcakes and I had to wait for them. Which means we did not get any syrup either... They did look a bit understaffed and were doing a good job at keeping the line moving, but accuracy of the orders appeared marginal given that four cars were waiting for something.
Uses a computer voice vs human. It got order wrong. Then paying window couldn't straighten it out. Finally young boy got order correct
food is your basic McDonald's quality but service is sloooow and unfriendly. Went down there, no cars in the drive thru, no customers inside and it took over 20 minutes for my coffee and sausage mcgriddle. When I went outside I realized they had gotten customers in the drive thru and were fullfing their orders first. Wouldn't recommend this place
