The place was disgustingly filthy, I also was the only one there at the time. The employees were too busy complaining about another employee that was 2 hours late. The food was good but the tray that my food was on even had food on it from the previous person.
Constantly messing orders up. Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, missing egg. Ordered a french vanilla latte, they forgot the vanilla. Highly would recommend you try a different McDonald’s in the city!
Went thru the drive thru was a tad slow for 2pm. Food was hot. Fries were bland. No salt.
I wouldn’t even rate this as a 1 star restaurant because I am staying in the motel next door and have no vehicle to go through the drive thru so I walked over to go in lobby because it says it is open till midnight. When I got there the doors were locked and so I called and the lady answering the phone was very rude and when I questioned why it was locked when there sign says midnight she acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me
Sandwich was hot. Fries were hot.Many times food was not even warm.
Work near by, hardly anyone taking orders seems to understand english. Tell them your order, repeat it at the first window where you pay, repeat a third time at the window where you get your food and you just might actually get one of the things you ordered.
The worst customer service experience I have ever received. The teenager taking my order asked "what do you want" very rudely as I pulled up and snapped at me several times. After pulling forward to pay I was handed my sprite with a very obvious fly in it.
It was a great experience. Didn't feel rushed or over crowded. They served our food quickly and the food was fresh.
The food was good. And the price for two people was not bad. They have a Bo Go. Right now. Buy a sandwich and get one for a dollar.
They forgot items in my drive through orders and instead of telling me to pull up to the 1 spot to park made me wait thru the line again. Got home after missing items and still has wrong items. There drive thru speaker is barely working and you can't hear the employee. Manager had no interest in making it right for their own mistakes. This location used to be terrible and has gotten better but seems to be slipping again.
