I order the same thing everyday, A large vanilla iced coffee with chocolate drizzle, and for the past 3 days they keep trying to give me a caramel iced coffee with caramel drizzle. Nowhere near what I asked or what the screen reads when you look up and see what needs made. It's pretty pathetic actually that their workers can't read a screen. Do better.
Or a cheeseburger medium fries and a large unsweet iced tea. And everything was correct in the order however it was all cold which I don't even know how that is because they were packed we waited in line probably for 15 minutes so I don't get it the fries were just like barely warm and cheeseburger was like I got to go put it in the microwave that bad. And that's how good it's been lately it almost every single McDonald's or fast food place you go to food is not hot!:-
Make sure you ask for your receipt at this location. I did not. I went through the drive-thru, they gave me my drinks, told me to wait in one of the numbered waiting areas. 10 minutes, & many, many cars passing through the drive-thru….my order never came. I went to the window to ask where my order was(I couldn’t leave a car full of kids to go inside), & the manager shut the window in my face because I didn’t have a receipt. I went back through the drive-thru, & thankfully both the lady taking my order, & the lady who took my credit card, remembered me. They finally gave me my order, & the manager was still incredibly unfriendly & unapologetic. 25 minutes at McDonald’s was not what I needed, with a car full of hungry kids.
Nighttime crew. Bugs in the soda machine, ants all over it and some little beetle type thing either in the cups or the machine didn’t see any more than the one after I filled up my drink thank god I was only there for water if I had gotten a coke I wouldn’t have seen themEmployees did not care at all I know y’all stressed which is why I approached so nicely just saying “hey just to let you know….” but that’s kind of a big one and they were just like “okay, and?” ?If working at a place that’s run this poorly makes you THIS desensitized to an infestation maybe quit working there. Also hope folks stop supporting this place until issues are actually addressed, notice bugs mentioned in several other places for this location over the last few weeks!! ?
Omg this place is slow. I stood at the counter 5 minutes before anyone took my order. 2 people seen me but kept working. I stood there saying "hello" "hello". Then 1 of the 2 who seen me earliee came over and was annoyed she had to wait on me and she was a boss. (Middle aged Mexican lady) Never again

I tell the young goth kid at the window and he laughed and says It's know big deal you got plenty of money. The fries are always soggy and greasy nasty. That's if they remember to give them to you at all. I had the worst McFlurry it was like soup. Skip this McDs fr.
Would love to actually give a review here but unfortunately they weren't open, which is weird because it says they are 24/7 online. So that must have been a lie. Don't expect them to be open late because they won't be, they also won't answer any of your calls. What trash service is McDonald's giving here? You can't even update your own store hours? How lazy and incompetent do you have to be as a store manager to not even update your own hours?
I'm not sure if people that work with the public are getting trained in customer service. I went through the drive thru. Maybe they are too busy to be nice.....?

The ice cream machine is always broken when I want a shake...and when I order a soda no ice alot of times I still get ice...and if I ask them to correct their mistake. They make me pull forward and wait in their waiting area. It's supposed to be a drive through! I get annoyed.
