Tried to walk in at 8:55pm and the doors were locked even though lights were on. Tried the drive through and they turned off the board lights and said they were closed. Their hours online say they're open until 10pm and we're confirmed by the business two weeks ago, but the person in the drive through said we were "lucky" because she "chose to stay open until 9, when they used to only be open until 8." Nowhere on any doors or windows were hours of operations posted.
Haven't had Long Johns Silvers in forever. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh, the lady that took our order was polite and helpful. Only reason not 5 stars thought kinda pricey for the 8pc meal of $32.00.
This is by far the best Long John Silver's! Gina is such a sweetheart and she will always take care of you and your order. Truly a gem. Make sure you come to this one anytime. The milkshakes and floats are always perfect. 10/10
My eyes were bigger than my stomach, but the food was so good, except for one minor thing I couldn't eat hardly any of my clams they were over cooked. The hushpuppies are still good here the next day.
If you want poor service, old food, and 1 Ketchup packet for 2 orders over 20$ and told "No" when you ask for more ketchup, come to this location.Conclusion: the only thing consistent about this location is the disappointment you'll find. (Been going here for 2yrs and I'm done).
The owner shut down the business without giving the staff a y kind of notice! He sold the building and kicked long John silvers to the curb! I would lime to have know what the owner would have done if the city bulldozed his building down without prior notice or sold it to another buyer right under his nose. You don't treat people that way unless u are a rich a*&^%$le! Who thinks he is entitled. I call BS on those Jackos
Terrible experience. Spent 46 dollars and change at the drive through, got all the way home (about 30 minutes through traffic) only to find that they didn't include any sauces, and placed the shrimp in with the chicken.My wife, who likes the chicken but not their shrimp, had to pick the shrimp off her chicken. The food was lukewarm, and I find out then that I have no cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.Calling the restaurant, the manager offered that I could bring back the food for a refund (um, what? You're not going to resell it....are you?), or drive all the way back for sauce. So I can then get home to ice cold food.The manager was absolutely useless. The staff wasn't helpful. I'll be contacting their district manager to escalate, and it'll be a cold day in hell before we spend a dime there again.
This restaurant has an awful location for the order box, right on a busy street. Impossible to hear. If you go at night , sometimes the menu isn't lit. This doesn't matter if you know what you want, but if you don't...Food is fine and employees are friendly, I just always check the order before I leave the window in case they heard me wrong.
The people were very friendly and helpful. Got my food very quickly & it was good.Got my to go order when I was finished eating and didn't have to wait long for it either. And their dining room is open. Last time I went there it was not.
We ate inside on the first Friday evening of Lent. They were slammed with business and short staffed. They could not keep up with the orders. But through it all the manager, who was the only cook, and the cashier kept a positive attitude and a smile on. They worked as hard as they could and treated all with respect. Took the food awhile but it was hot fresh and delicious. They get five stars for what they could control... attitude and quality.
