I gave a 4 star rating because I haven't had one 5 star experience at this location after multiple trips. HOWEVER, the staff seems to be trying to improve the customer experience every time I am there.The biggest issue I've seen is the wait, even with ordering online hours ahead of time I have had a 30-60 minute wait, which most times is fine as you can track what step your order is on so you can just arrive later than planned. I believe part of the issue is (to my knowledge) there is no way for staff to mark online that a specific pickup window is not available when you go to order so if 15 people order multiple pizzas to pick up at 5:00 pm it bottlenecks everything else coming in after. I also have experienced people walk in to order and be told it's a 2+ hour wait and they still want to order.The staff always seems to try their best at letting people know what step their order is on/whose order is in the process so you can tell there are orders being completed.The actual facility seems clean, the staff doesn't seem resentful at each other, and prices are reasonable - it just seems like this location is slammed all the time and doesn't have the facilities to keep up with demand, leading to long wait.
Terrible. Ordered pizza. Came to pickup. Order was never even started. Had already paid online. Left without food order. Noone there to even speak with. Do not go to this location.
Terrible customer service. Horrible wait time. Manager is rude to everyone because they are "short staffed" and he's "working alone" but when orders are placed for pick up, days in advance, it should be ready....not made when you should be grabbing and going.
You can stand by the counter for 30 min waiting for someone to take your order and no one cares lol
This is a very busy place at times. They ran out of dough and stopped making hot n ready. They needed help in many ways.This place sucks now. They never answer the phone. There are never any hot and ready. Takes forever to get food.
Ordered with the app for lunch today. App said it would be ready at 120 pm. I get there at 120 pm. No customers in the store and they had 5 workers. After waiting till 130 I finally was able to get someone's attention. He said they are getting ready to make it. Finally got it at 150. Never ordering from here again.
Ordered a pizza at 545pm, waited 3 hours, store closed at 11pm, still no order. Called multiple times, went in and nobody would talk to me. No refund, no order the next day, nothing. Don't order here ever.
If there was a zero rating option I would have choosen that instead. Waited an hour and 15 minutes and no pizzas. Just go to Domino's across the street. Don't waste your time/ money on this place.
They're making an admirable attempt to reopen the franchise, but this location cannot seem to keep up with demand. Even if you order ahead of time your order doesn't get filled on time, or sometimes not at all.
Pretty seamless transaction! Ordered online and received an email when order was ready (right on schedule for suggested pickup time). Popped in store and scanned the QR code from the email off my phone. Just like magic the portal opened and grabbed my food. Total process was about 30 seconds and definitely would do this again!
