Ordered on the app and it wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after time it was supposed to. Lights were off in the lobby making it look closed. Messed up the order slightly and got pickles when I requested none.Had biscuits in our order but were given no butter or honey. Food was decent.
I was just at this Kentucky Fried chicken.No one was at the front desk to help because they were only doing drive-thru. It took two different people to order a #2. Asked for 4 honey. They say it is in the bag. There was only one. Just didn't want to do simple Customer. I would not go to this one.
Delicious as always, but we ordered on line and it was not ready at the time they said it would be. The main doors were locked, I did not know where the other entrance was. When I asked an employee who was doing an parking lot drop off, where we go in, she said use the other door. Well if I knew where it was, I would not had to ask.
We went to this location because we could go inside to order.. the girl that took our order seemed as if she didn't want to be there and that we were interrupting her time. No friendly attitude! When I let her know we wanted it to go please.. there was no response that she heard me.. After giving me my change, she left the counter without a word.. no "your order will be up shortly".. nothing. Order was done by the time we filled our drinks. All that was said to let us know it was ready was the order number being called out. No have a good night/evening. No thank you for choosing KFC. The drive thru worker could be seen sitting and eating within customer viewThis was a very COLD experience to say the leaat! Will we go back to that location? Who knows if we will or if we won't. Our food was good atleast and we were given plenty of sauces.
The Colonel would not be happy with this restaurant. It needs some maintenance and TLC. The staff did not greet us. In fact we stood at the register for a bit before we were ever acknowledged. There is a giant bucket with lights out. The front doors were locked. You have to walk around to the side to enter. The floor was dirty. Come on KFC. You can do better than this.
We came through the drive through about 7:30ish and the order taker was very short with us. When we got to the window she almost hit my husband with the bag of food by how hard she slung it out the window. She didn't ask us if we wanted and sauce or anything. We went back through the drive through to as for honey,butter, and ranch for my #9 meal and she threw some butter at my husband and never returned to the window. He tried to go into the dinning room to get the sauces and they had locked the doors even though there were customers inside. Worst service I have ever had will definitely not be returning to this location!
The place has to be the worst place, the biscuit was literally hard as a rock all over, the chicken was dry and gross. I can't believe they still have not been shut down by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). DO NOT GO THIS PLACE!!!!
Restaurant was clean. Service was slow. I was hoping for fresh food since it took so time, but that wasn’t the case. Food tasted like it’s been sitting there awhile. Next time I’m craving fried chicken, this is probably not my first pick.
Only one girl working the front. Another person delivered my food. Not enough help . Very annoying . When I was on my way out the manager or the same girl who took my food yelled at me and asked me why I didn't throw away my trash. I threw away all of my trash. The person who sat behind me and already left was the one who didn't throw their trash away. Very unprofessional. Management or workers should not tell at customers. Especially when it was assumed it was my trash.Your people need customer service training.
The service wasn't the best. Not the worst either though. The food comes out extremely fast and the chicken was actually pretty flavorful, tender, and juicy for the price, even if the flavor gets monotonous after 2 pieces. The sides were pretty good too.
