Not sure what happened between ordering on the app and them getting the correct order but when I called the store about it the manager was incredibly rude. I’ll be avoiding this place.
Place an order over an hour and 10 minutes ago, and still not delivery. I called the store and they told me they were super busy and the driver should be here soon. I won't be ordering delivery from them again when I need something quick.
freaky fast delivery is a joke when you're waiting 45 min and live 5 min away.
Placed an order well over an hour ago. Nothing. Called the store because I do understand they might be busy. Guy answers phone as hello and not the place of business so I wasn't sure if I even had the right place. I did and when I asked about my order the person on the phone said oh I made your order and it left but I don't know how long it will be. Such poor customer service
40 minutes wait for 7 sandwiches, that were ordered online. This is ridiculous. I have had to wait long periods before, but not this long. Freaky fast? More like Freaky SLOW. SAW a few ppl come in and leave because their food wasn't ready and of course we all have only 30 min for lunch. Absolutely ridiculous ?

Placed an order at 11:33 and called at 12:16 to find out the status of my order because when I tracked my order it said ‘order received’ and they said it should be the next order going out. So I wait another 30 minutes before calling again to just tell them to cancel my order. People can’t wait an hour and a half plus for their food… if wait times are THAT long there needs to be steps taken so people don't go through that.
So much for freaky fast. My office orders from this store often and it always takes forever. They are literally up the street from us. The staff are rude when you call and the drivers are just as bad. Thanks jj's I guess this is another failure in customer service and quality.
This location is sooooo slow. They certainly don't hold up to the "freaky fast" slogan. It shouldn't take over a hour to receive a sandwich. Next time I'll order through a different food delivery service.
Ordered 30 min ahead of time for pick up and it still took them another 20 min to get it to me. This was at 2 pm. Freaky fast? I think not.
