I went here when they were slammed and undermanned for for the first half of the lunch rush. The team ran more efficiently than a Nascar pitstop on meth. Every employee did their part and I got my sandwich five minutes after walking in the door. Every piece of meat, cheese, and condiment was perfectly distributed among the bread. Idk how they did it. I might just go back to see what kind of sleight of hand they pulled because it was nothing short of an elaborate magic trick. Given how busy they were I figured I'd get a subpar Italian (which I'd have eaten without complaining) but they gave me a masterpiece instead.I hate my job with a burning passion and they gave me a lunch break so great I got to spend the rest of my day without even hating myself for not going to college after highschool. Blonde man was very rude. When my disabled child asked for a mini sub he asked “OKAY What kind” my son barely managed to say “ a mini one please” he then said “NO WHAT KIND” in a snarky manor. When my son asked to change the meat the man huffed and went “Really” When I checked out and swiped my gift card I did it wrong and he snatched it out of my hands and said. “You’re cLeArLY NoT reAdY FoR LiFe” and then proceeded to do it wrong as well Very disappointed
Sandwiches were good although one of our sandwiches was incorrect. It was not even close to what was ordered, however, the receipt was correct.
I am mute which means I write out my order. I wish I knew the servers name, but he made the process so easy. Friendly, kind; and patient. Fantastic
Good luck placing an order! Haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at this location since I have lived in Olathe. Overland Park store answered first call. Embarrassing.
A little discombobulated when we tried to order 4 subs in store, but the food was quality as always.
Lots of sandwich choices available, Friendly staff, Never had any problems always get order right. Love it! Highly recommend, I would give more than 5 Stars if that were an option. Thank you for taking the time to always get our order correct while providing fresh yummy sub!
We hadn't been here before and decided to give it a try. Very tasty sandwich prepared quickly. Very nice people. We'll be back for sure.
Service was off the charts(shout out to master Chef Colby). That team was on their game even during that busy rush. They had my Kahuna Chicken Sandwich locked and loaded in less than 5minutes. @iamgranderojo
BRING BACK THE PIZZA, PLEASE! There is no other pizza place around here besides D’Bronx that even comes close to having east coast style pizza aside from you guys. Now it’s gone and a lot of us are sad. You can get a sandwich anywhere but pizza…pizza is special. You don’t put BBQ sauce, pork, or buffalo sauce on pizza. You put tomato sauce, a blend of cheeses, and oregano. You guys nailed that. I’m sure my single review won’t make a difference but I think your pizza had brought in good money and you have a lot of sad people now :-(
