This family-owned restaurant has some of the best food in the area.They are also one of the few places that serve sweet Brown basmati rice as a healthy option.Every dish comes out looking like a magazine.We were so glad that they made it through the pandemic and will continue to visit!
Even on a super busy night, Christmas Eve, everyone was doing their best to get food out as quickly as they could and was so polite!
Good Americanized Chinese fair at a good price. Staff is friendly and efficient. Recommended to satisfy your craving for Chinese takeout. Note that they are popular, so wait times may be longer at some times, so plan ahead. This just means that everyone agrees that they are worth the wait.
I've lived in Olathe for over 20 years and just experienced Jasmine Pavilion for the first time a couple weeks ago, and man I've been missing out! AMAZING!First of all the lady managing the dining room was super friendly and very welcoming! When I asked her about General Tso's chicken she actually recommended one of their hibachi dishes... It's called Sizzling Mongolian Delight (it has chicken, beef and shrimp with vegetables) and literally comes out to the table sizzling hot, FRESH, and has so much flavor!! It is absolutely my new favorite dish!!!The lady waiting my table was also very welcoming and friendly, and is very quick with drink refills and any needs I had. I also liked that when I've gone back they've not only remembered me, but also exactly what I like to order as well...Very impressive! The restaurant is very clean, well kept and organized, and has a good warm feeling while dining.The story about the Chef in the beginning of the menu was very interesting as well and makes perfect sense why all the food is so delicious! One of these days I'll ask to meet him so I can compliment him on his delicious and well presented meals!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving Jasmine Pavilion a try, you will not be disappointed!!
Spend a few more dollars (if that the pricing is very reasonable) and eat here instead of Panda Express. The food is a million times better, you're supporting a mom and pop instead of a big chain, and there are delicious gluten free options for those of us who need it. A+ so yummy. Great atmosphere

The cook is a trained and certified in authentic Chinese cooking. The food is good, and the Habachi mix for dinner is even better. Although it's more catered to the American tastes (I prefer more authentic Chinese), it's still very good and right by where I live.
NOPE. I have never had such a miserable lunch experience and we were just picking up an order. The woman (possibly an owner) was so rude to those around her. I hope the kind young gentleman finds a friendlier place to work. He deserves better. (Golden Palace is SO much better and close by.)
A very pleasant little surprise as we just discovered this restaurant today. Our small group ordered a variety of items off the menu - appetizers, sides, main dishes - and were not disappointed by any of them. The heat of the spicy items was great! Food was served hot and items that should be crispy, definitely were.We will definitely dine here again!
