The woman at the window was very kind but im very disappointed that at 5 months pregnant I was served moldy bread. I was given a refund but I'm incredibly disappointed, you can clearly tell the bread was bad.
Placed on online order for a decent amount of money at 7 PM on a Wednesday when the hours clearly say you close at 8. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before realizing the lights were off an nobody was inside. The app said they were open and still took my money. Horrible waste of time and money
I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response. I tried to go inside to order, but at this location you cannot use the lobby. When i tried to call them nobody answered the phone. I have never had this many problems trying to spend my money at a location. May be a very long time before I attempt this location again.
Went through the drive thru on lunch. Asked for 2 separate meals, get to the window pay almost $25 grab my drinks get my bag and start to drive only to discover no Fry's for either meal was in the bag. Tryed to turn around and go inside BUT couldn't because lobby is locked. Couldn't go back thru the drive thru because the like was long and NOT moving and I had to get back to work. Unsatisfied with spending that amount of money to not even get everything I ordered. I understand mistakes happen but why not have the lobby open or at least answer the door if YOU forgot part of an order.
What is going on with this place it's never open. I have tried multiple times to go there during business hours and no one is there. I placed an online order pulled up to the drive through and no ones was there. I had to get a refund from my credit card company because every time I call up there during business hours no one's answers the phone. I'm done trying to go there.
Just ordered food online to pick up. Get there. No one is there? The drive thru nobody answered. Went to the doors, no signs, they are locked. Really weird. I need a refund ASAP and some sort of explanation would be nice.Edited to add: I filled out the form. I also went today about 5pm and guess what? Again!! Closed!!! Thankfully I didn't order online this time. What the heck is going on? If you aren't open then shut your online ordering system off. It's simple. It's theft. You know you aren't open but there's no sign yet still collecting money? Shady shady shady business practice. Drove from Lawrence to Olathe for some tasty treats.. It was very well worth the trip and worth every penny. If you don't know 2 for 1 tacos? You don't know Jack!
There was a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed, but the drive-thru was open. However, the car parked across the drive-thru lane did not allow access. Very disappointed.Edit: Responding to my replier: I contacted as requested through the URL given. I'm not the first person to have trouble at this location. I also couldn't order ANYTHING on the app. Not at all. Only because we LOVE Jack-in-the-Box, I went to another delivery service. They delivered it. However, the food was subpar and I had paid around $80. Not likely to try again, especially if it's from this location.
consistently inconsistent on hours and when open. Always understaffed. ? Their tacos are my favorite when I can get them. Slow but when they are there the food is good.
Worst Jack In The Box I have ever tried to go to multiple times. They are never open, they close early and never answer their phones. Wasted 20 min drive for them to just not be open ….
