I'm not sure if it was just a late night thing or not but it took 45 minutes for a seat, with open seating. Was sat at the same time as 2 other groups that arrived after, one of them with a 2 minute wait. Then waited 15 minutes to get drinks, once had ordered both of the other 2 groups had already been served food. Overall had 2 hours there. Food was great but REALLY slow.
I used to come in all the time but moved away. I went in my first day back to working in the city for breakfast at 730am. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. The visit went great and service was on point. It was nice, like a blast from the past.
The waitress walked by our table twice while we were eating. She wouldn't even look at us or check on us. We were out of water. I eventually got up with the empty water glasses and found someone to fill them for us. When we went to check out, we paid in cash. They didn't give us the correct change. After they gave us the incorrect change back two more times, we just left. We will never go back
Breakfast was really good! Love the hashbrowns, actual really hash browns, not potato square chunks. The only disappointment was the bacon. It was super floppy and greasy. I was not able to eat it. When the waitress came for the plate and asked if I was done, I told her I was, that the bacon was floppy and bad. She just said sorry. Did not offer to bring me new bacon or to take it off my bill.
We stopped here to eat around 1:30 AM this morning, 4/3. First off, I asked for straws when our server was finished bringing our drinks and the she snipped back saying "I only have two hands" very rudely! We then noted our server coughing over and over off to the side, away from the food at first, but then she continued coughing over at the counter where our food was waiting for her to bring to our table. She was not wearing a mask. My husband got up to see if she was coughing near our food, not covering her mouth or turning her head away or anything, and sure enough she was. She then loaded her arms with our table's food, where she again coughed straight ahead over our food. She brought it to our table thinking there was nothing wrong with this. This is horrible etiquette and nobody is going to eat food that someone was coughing on. She said, I am not sick, I just have a tickle in my throat. It doesn't matter! You coughed on our food! Disgusting!
We had the worst service & the place was nasty, i wanted to also take pictures of the 6 tables i counted full of dishes left from previous eaters but thought they would see me, anyway no one attempted to clean any tables while we were there & one of the employees was just sitting in a little room on his phone doing nothing, as you can see from my bathroom pics it was nasty, and our food it tasted good but i got a piece of ham that i thought was gonna be a ham steak but it was no bigger than a small childs hamburger patty, my husband was missing several items off of his order that should of been on it.& the waitress had the personality of a gnat. Don't waste your time going to this location, you will be disappointed. Date we visited 2-24-22.
Arrived around 240am took 10 minutes to get seated. Another 30 before we were able to order. Food came out pretty fast. We left at almost 4am. We have been to other IHops where there is only one server and one cook and the service was amazing. Not the same here.
I liked this place. The waiter was pretty attractive. The food was great. I've only had problems with it once, but overall the quality is amazing and the store that is open 24/7.
This is the worst IHOP location I have ever dealt with. I ordered ahead for pick up. I try my best to not go in anywhere with COVID as bad as it is. Ordering ahead for curbside limits my interaction and exposure to others. Got to the location contacted them. Was told my food was almost done. The place had hardly any customers. It was over an hour. Had to phone them multiple time. Finally got my food everything was cold even my hot chocolate. Staff was rude. Was promised I would hear from a manager because there was not 1 available. Never did. Everytime I try to call and speak try to a manager I get the run around because apparently they are never there no wonder the staff are so lacking. I would never recommend this location.
Our server was extremely friendly and very professional. Food was great! My only disappointment was that they didn't have the different flavoured syrups like they used to. I hadn't been since pre-covid.
