The prices on the menu were not the actual price. They were way higher. The menu said 5 chicken strips and what I actually got was 2 chicken patties... Not what I ordered. I went with my 3 y/o nephew who can be crazy at times. The waitress then seats 2 other families right next to us! Who in their right mind seats families this close together when it's clear my nephew is having problems... The whole place was empty and she decides to seat people *right next to us*. When my nephew had to leave the store my grandma went with him and the waitress starts acting like my grandma is "dining and dashing". When it came time to split the checks 3 ways the waitress acted like she couldn't comprehend what I was trying to tell her... Worst experience ever and will not be back.

I don’t post negative reviews lightly—at this point in the world we’re clearly all just trying to make it. But….today the card readers were down and I only had $3 cash. The manager wanted to take down my card info and run it later which I was not comfortable doing for obvious reasons. There was no offer to comp to meal or any other suggestions so I was forced to leave my license as collateral, go to Aldi nearby to get cash back then return to pay my bill. I have never paid a bill without a tip but today…I did. I wasn’t about to take $40 out for their problem. Even when I left two other customers approached me to tell me how wildly absurd it was to ask that of me and told me they should’ve just comped my meal. As a side note, my food was awful which I can tolerate if the service is good because I know it’s not the server’s fault. All this was too much for me. Never returning to this IHOP.

Service has been eh the past few times I've eaten here. Waiters can be inattentive, food may not come the way you asked for it. Best to speak clearly and concisely when ordering, and just hope for the best. The food itself is usually alright.

My dad and I visited this morning. They were busy. They had no clean tables, and were short cooks. We stood at the host stand, and 2 hosts and a server were standing there. No one made eye contact with us or even said “we’ll be with you in a minute” for about 5 minutes. Then they finally said “name?”. Very rude, no customer service, no smile. My dad started complaining about how they have dirty tables they could clear for us, but because I’ve been both a server and host in food service I explained how it works. However, after taking names, the two hosts stood there doing nothing (not cleaning tables). Finally they left, and the server at the host stand was talking to a couple or guests who were paying for their food. She said loudly with an attitude “some people just don’t understand how it works. If they can’t wait they can leave.” Again, complete lack of customer service, strong attitude in her voice, completely unprofessional. It made the family of 7-8 next to us get up and leave. My dad and I sat there for another 10 minutes (our original wait time was 2 minutes) before deciding to leave. The manager needs to have a conversation with their employees about customer service and general kindness.

Worst ihop experience ever. My hash browns were undercooked, my pancakes were burnt to a crisp, and they didn’t give us enough syrup for the amount of people we had. We asked for more and no one brought any out. Our server was overworked, and did his best. Whoever was cooking back there though, yikes.

We had a great meal & with Bailey's excellent service it was a very enjoyable time! I had the Split Decision & my husband had the Breakfast Sampler. Everything was hot & oh so yummy! Also, the restaurant was very clean so we didn't feel like we were sitting in sticky seats! Kudos!

I’m not one to complain too much, especially given how hard restaurant staff members typically work. But this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any IHOP, or at any restaurant, really. My daughter got scrambled eggs instead of the over easy eggs she ordered. The teenage waitress just plopped them down and said, “The eggs got mixed up.” She did not offer to correct it, nor did she even pretend to apologize. The hash browns were burnt. The bacon was burnt. The chicken strips were over cooked, and there was no lingonberry butter with the burnt Swedish crepes. When I asked our aloof server if I could get lingonberry butter that goes with the crepes, she didn’t know what it was. She left for the kitchen and returned, and said they don’t have any, and the crepes will be off the menu next week. It also took twenty minutes to ask because that’s how long it took her to check on us after bringing our food. All this with no more than 8 tables full, with no more than a four top. Now, I don’t really blame our server, who seemed young enough tolls he probably hasn’t had a job more than fifteen minutes. This was a top-down management failure in every way. Add to the fact ants were swarming the table, and our waitress kept trying to rush us out the door, and it was just miserable all around. I haven’t given up on IHOP, as it’s a great place to get food for the whole family at a decent price, and it’s usually not too bad in quality. But I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs, at least until there is a new manager.

Service was terrible, the food was mediocre and not worth the hour plus wait for it to be served. It took over 10 minutes for us to be seated which seemed odd because there were only about five tables with guests. After waiting about 45 minutes for our food with only a few other tables with customers, the waitress finally apologized saying they only had one cook and he was new. The waitresses seemed to be arguing amongst themselves, as well. The restaurant wasn't clean and the ants crawling along the wall was disconcerting. We had almost turned and left when we were waiting to be seated- I wish we had.

There was no one at the front to seat us when we got there so we had to wait a few minutes. Not a problem. The manager was the one to seat us and he seemed really nice. When our waitress got to the table she was rushing us to order and gave us no time even when we asked for a few minutes twice. She didn't bring the silverware/condiments out till after the food got there and forgot the syrup. I ordered a Dr. Pepper and thought it tasted weird so I asked her to change it out for an orange juice instead. She forgot immediately and we had to flag down the manager to ask him to get it. Everything tasted weird. The oj had a weird tang. I couldn't finish my food because of the taste. In the end the manager ended up comping the meal even though we said we'd be happy to pay for everything else but the French toast meal that I didn't get to eat. He insisted and let us go.

We haven't been to this IHOP in a while. We were very pleasantly surprised! It was not very crowded. The restaurant was noticeably clean. They were understaffed but worked very hard and were friendly. They food was great!
